Then, I tried to get some competent help in understanding the other equipment, but to no avail. I asked the front clerk how much the flowers were outside, and she rolled her eyes. I told her if I was bothering her too much, I could just go. After saying that, she was more amiable, but I decided Ace could just keep its flowers. She had an earbud stuck in her ear, so when I first asked my question, she could not hear because of listening to whatever. Bless her heart. This store doesn't seem serious about competent, customer service. I was hoping under the new management, it would become a better experience for the consumer. The only winner at the store is Huck. He is wonderful! This store needs employees who rise to his caliber.

There's always Amazon, but since this Tractor Supply was near by, I made a quick stop and found Dr. Earth's organic fertilizer for my roses :). I was greeted at the entry, a nice woman helped me within 5 minutes, the line was short and the cashier was friendly and funny! ++ Parking is a private lot in front of the store. They didn't have the exact part I needed, but the employees were genuinely friendly and took the time to talk through what I was trying to accomplish. They explained that certain sink components are difficult to find individually because they typically only come with the sink itself or as part of the original installation kit. Unfortunately, the only way their available options would have worked was if I purchased an entirely new sink. Even though I didn't leave with the part, I appreciated that they pointed me toward another store that might have it and didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. Solid customer service and knowledgeable staff, even when the answer wasn't what I hoped for.

LuCKY for me! :-) If you own a home long enough, seems like just about everything eventually needs to be replaced. Had a tough time finding a little part I needed. Retail hardware stores and even online, the part I needed wasn't readily available. Everyone had an assembly that required much more work on my part that the job didn't call for. Finally found it at Ferguson's! They were fast and fairly priced. Their retail price is higher than online, as it's based on volume. Very happy they ordered the exact part for me, instead of an entire assembly like hardware stores. Fixed it in about 5 minutes and the ankle biter is no more! + Ambiance is clean, well-organized plumbers' dream garage. This is NOT a retail shop. All but me were plumbers in line picking up their orders. +++ Everything plumbing is sold here from gleaming faucets to tiny gaskets. Much better selection for plumbing needs than any hardware store and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. One of the nice things I really like about this TSS is the factor that you can park right up in front of the store. (The other TSS that I frequent has a firelane and heaven forbid I have to walk...) I came in to grab a bag of deer corn and a bag of farm feed. I was greeted by the busy cashier and at one point I had 3 floor associates helping me out with an item. The lumber section of the store is in a back corner, and isn't a very large area. While I was selecting my piece of wood, several men would just walk walk in front and around me, without saying excuse me nor being verbal at all. It was like I wasn't even there, to them. So as to not get touched or knocked over, I had to move away from the lumber twice, even though I wasn't finished making my selection, just so I wouldn't be "in the way." When I went to check out, I was standing in line, and the cashier, Don, called the gentleman who was behind me up to the register to check out. That gentleman let the cashier know that I was ahead of him and it was my turn to check out. I had actually been standing in line for a while before the customer behind me even got in line. Don then called me up- he offered no apology. As he checked me out, Don didn't ask if I had found everything ok. Didn't ask if I needed anything else. Generally unfriendly. I just generally noticed a certain theme in this store, and I don't like the vibe. Maybe some diversity, in gender and/or race, would help offset that vibe. I'm not sure, and don't really care because me nor my dollars will be returning.

This is one of the nicest if not the nicest BBB stores that I've ever been to in the metro Atlanta area. Not only is the store extremely well organized and well stocked they have some awesome people that work here too. Some of the fun items that I saw includes: 1. Pocket peeler. (yes. Never leave home without it) 2.Onion google (glasses that you can wear so that you won't tear up the next time you chop onions) 3. Apple peeler wit vacuum base. This thing peels, cores and slices an apple. 4. Citrus sprayer (you can stick this inside a lemon or an orange and spray it like fruit spray.
