Five stars for Cabinets To Go Marietta! Our first kitchen…read moreremodel was far easier and more beautiful than we imagined, thanks to the outstanding team at Cabinets To Go Marietta. Carmine, our sales manager and kitchen designer, guided us through every step. He designed the perfect kitchen for our space, helped us compare options, timed our purchases around sales, and saved us money without compromising our dream kitchen. His knowledge, creativity, and patience made the entire process stress-free. Our installer, Brian, is a true master craftsman. He treated our home with incredible care, protected our new floors, and made sure every cabinet was perfectly level and installed to the highest standards. Brian handled everything--from demolition and installation to electrical, plumbing, crown molding, and finishing touches. His experience and attention to detail are second to none, and every recommendation he made improved the final result. Cabinets To Go was truly our one-stop shop for cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, hardware, and molding. With Carmine managing the design and Brian delivering flawless installation, the entire process was seamless. The customer service was outstanding, and we always felt like their top priority. We absolutely love our new kitchen and highly recommend the Marietta team to anyone looking for quality products, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional service.

We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any store. I will also be contacting your corporate office regarding this matter.

My cabinet doors are now falling off, and Cabinet and Stone City will not honor the warranty. I have contacted the store in Dallas, and they say they are no longer franchisees and do not have to make the repairs. I have called several times to the locations in Georgia and no one will return my calls. I did speak one time with a young lady named Monica, she promised she would have someone call me, and I have yet to receive a returned call. I have left her multiple messages as well., Bottom line is this company does not stand behind it's product and installation,. Be very careful when ordering from Cabinet and Stone City.

How unprofessional can one place be? WOW. Took over 3 weeks to reply to my email. Lost my info so I…read morehad to resend it. Then the designer (Kim) was unprofessional with me on the phone when I called to discuss. I am doing a small kitchen in my basement. She informed me that there wasn't a way to fit all the stuff I wanted onto the wall. Theirs was going to be my 4th and final quote, so I told her that I was sure it would all fit. Then she got an attitude with me when I told her what size sink I was wanting to put in (I already own all this keep in mind). I told her I wanted to put a 20" sink in the space and she informed me that they don't even make a 20" sink. Umm... ok. I have one sitting in my garage right now. Major attitude with this lady + horrible communication = I'll def be going elsewhere. I had an amazingly pleasant experience with Frugal Kitchens, Lowes and even Home Depot (who typically aren't known for their customer service). Skip Cabinet and Stone City and go elsewhere... Find a place that treats their potential customers with kindness and respect.

The store itself felt very cramped, and the inventory was limited, which made it hard to seriously compare options. Pricing also wasn't very appealing -- everything felt inflated, which I'm guessing may be influenced by the surrounding area. What stood out the most was the lack of engagement. There were plenty of staff gathered in the back having a loud conversation, but during the roughly 10 minutes we walked around, no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. Because of the tight space, limited selection, and pricing, we ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Not a terrible experience, but not one that encouraged us to stay or return.

Great thanks, I think we could have gone over that over the phone and had it taken care of before the install. The unit wasn't installed for a couple more weeks- I was living out of coolers. Thanks home depot. So next my dishwasher died (I've lived in the unit for 25 years), this time I call Lowe's. Smart me, right? NO. They come by with the dishwasher and tell me they can't install it because the connection (water line to the unit) was too far from the install area (it's maybe 2 feet away). OK thanks Lowe's. That's when I found Smith Appliance. I told them the problem they told me "no problem". A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. That was almost a year ago, the thing runs perfectly, very quiet , dishes clean.....my only regret is that I should have dug in discovered this business 30 years ago. No more big box stores Douglas in Smyrna
