The staff is far more knowledgeable and patient than the folks at the big-box stores. They are super friendly, and they really take the time to help you. They have high quality products at competitive prices. I love the fact that they carry zero-VOC paint. The big-box stores claim to have this, but if you read the labels, you'll find that it is really low-VOC paint. Not the same thing....still contains carcinogens. Another thing I like about Lloyd's is the fact that they keep a record of the paints you purchased and what room you were painting at the time. So when your kid draws on the walls or you accidentally ding the wall while moving furniture, you can just go back to Lloyd's, and they'll mix up a bucket of the same color. Three cheers for Lloyd's! My family has been visiting them my whole life, and we're never disappointed.

They have even offered to breakdown a gallon if they don't have quarts. You don't get that kind of service at the big box stores. They have a complete line of painting supplies, and the prices for these items are reasonable. My go to place for paint.

I loved the selection of textiles, the dishes, the apothecary items, and the unique trinkets.
