Their cut ins to the existing ceiling paint were exceptional. They removed and replaced all light fixtures, wall plates, vents, etc to create a very professional and finished end product. They were tidy, prompt each day, communicative, enjoyable to have around, and took great pride in their work. I will 100% call on them again when I need any future painting projects tackled. She was extremely friendly, professional and easy to work with. After the estimate, we went forward with the project. Before the work began, the project manager, Shaun, called and scheduled a "job walkthrough" to go over all of the details of the work. He was very courteous and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Josh was the lead painter assigned to our project and he was patient, friendly and worked very hard to ensure things were done right. Ezekiel was also one of the painters who worked tirelessly and had a great attitude every day. At the beginning of the project, we had an issue with a paint color that did not match our swatch. Josh immediately called Shaun. Even though it was late in the afternoon, well past his workday hours, Shaun promptly arrived at our home. He brought seven different lighter shades of the gray paint we told him was too dark and he applied them to the walls in multiple locations until we found the right one. We REALLY appreciated this! At the end of the project, Chris, the owner of Boise Home Painting came out and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
