They have extremely poor customer service and are very rude and arrogant. We spent over $25,000 on kitchen cabinets and they treated us like dirt. They delivered the overpriced cabinets and they were missing parts and were measured wrong. I am not being sarcastic when I say you can get BETTER customer service at Home Depot? (And save lots of money, too!) With the high prices they charge, they should be ashamed.

They charge 20% more than Home Depot or Lowes, they went from free delivery, to $10 and now $20. So whatever you are buying, expect to pay an extra 30%. Not worth it! My boss let me know we can no longer use them because they haven't moved with the market. Lumber prices have come back down, but companies like this saw an opportunity to take advantage of customers and keep prices spiked. With free delivery at the big box stores and normal prices again, it's pretty clear this store is meant for the ignorant buyer and not pro's.

I had bought a used exterior side mirror for my wife's car from an auto salvage yard, and the paint on the mirror housing did not match the color of her car. I tried several area auto parts chain stores, looking for a spray can of the correct factory color paint, but came up empty. Finally, someone referred me here. This store can make any color of paint, and put it into a spray can, which is perfect for a small project like my mirror. I came in maybe an hour before they closed on a Saturday, and they were busy, but the owner finished my custom spray paint can before they closed. My wife's car mirror looks great with the right color paint!

My husband was painting one of his trucks and decided to do a color match. CARS mixed the paint for us and the color is exactly the same as our other vehicle. We are thrilled!
