I asked what they thought when I showed them my chair fabric and they immediately picked out a light creamy beige with gray undertones and I was amazed that it was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive and the customer service is much better than you would get at a retailer like Lowes but the guarented paint matching was off and ended up ruining my walls. I ended up having to paint an entire room rather than just a wall because the color did not match. They pride themselves in their color matching and training of staff to do this but I didn't have the best of luck with that. The paint was good but super thick, way thicker than I've ever seen. This is possibly what makes a great paint, but it required so much more than usual and was more work to get it to stick to the walls.
