The store smells gross, the staff hate their jobs and the customers, and certain items are really overpriced. Asked cashier where padlocks were. She pointed out the aisle. While in there, there was a man stocking shelves. Didn't move his cart out of the way so I had to move it. Couldn't find padlocks. Made eye contact and said "I can't seem to find anything in here." He just looked away. Went to cashier to purchase motor oil. Most stores, cashier will ask if you have found everything ok. Of course she did not. I said to her "I can't seem to find anything in here". She just said "ok". I can't believe the low standards of customer service. I will NEVER go to a TSC store again and will strongly advise against anybody else going here either.

I was never a big Dollar Tree shopper until I found out everything costs $1.25 or less…read more While some items are certainly "cheap" and not worth it, I'm amazed at some of the really awesome finds I've been able to stumble upon while shopping here! Their stationary section is pretty solid as well as their make-up section (they carry ELF products!) At the front of the store, sometimes they'll have really cool books and other rare finds. This location in particular is pretty big. The parking lot out front is tight and always crowded though. The staff here are super friendly :) Hours of operation are flexible too. COVID-19 protocols: Plexiglass is installed at every check-out. Hand sanitizer is provided upon entering (I believe).

I reported the issue through Amazon and the company sent me to an external website (which is against Amazon policy) to report the issue and expected me to provide all the information all over again. I called the site and the agent told me that I had to provide all the information by email. The agent also made me provide personal information over the phone, which is against Amazon's policy. This company gladly takes the business that Amazon brings in for them, but has chosen to ignore the rules and also will not hesitate to give customers the run around.

A deposit was paid and we were to come back to pick up the stroller the following week (we are from Toronto) - a day or two before the scheduled pickup, we received a call letting us know that the stroller was no longer available, they had no more in inventory, they had all been sold.....? The staff was less than kind and unapologetic, refusing to provided a replacement stroller at the same price in light of their mistake, horrible customer service. Do not recommend this particular store or chain.
