It's interesting that this mall is the biggest in the city of London. It sure doesn't feel that way to me, I feel like CF Masonville Place is bigger. Whatever... I was very impressed with my visit here. It's not the fanciest of malls and is definitely no Square One. I even find Masonville to be a little more high end, just my opinion. It has everything you'd expect from a mall in Canada - Urban Planet, Hudson's Bay, Dollarama, David's Tea, etc. There's even a Walmart attached to this mall, and while I've never been there yet, I do hear it is one of the better Walmarts in town. I didn't find it overly busy here, but that may have been because I came here on a weekday. Oppositely, I find Masonville to be busier on weekdays. The mall is well lit and there are plenty of washrooms that are reasonably clean. One star is off the review though because I was not as impressed with the service from some of the food court vendors. Other than that, I'll be back here for sure. read more

Wow! NOBODY has reviewed this mall?? Why ever not? What gives? London's a big enough place. Let's go, people!! I've been here several times now, and cannot resist getting a "First to Review", since no one else has taken the liberty. Firstly, I have to say that I'm not from London Ontario, but I do like to shop at places outside my city to compare what they're offering, and from what I've seen at the White Oaks Shopping Centre, I like it! For one thing, there's a Ricki's... I'm glad to see they are still here! We went to this mall for a short visit recently, and I had good luck shopping at the Ricki's But overall, the mall is bright and spacious, with lots of parking. read more

With over 150 stores this is probably the premier shopping destination for us Londoner's. White Oaks mall features stores for everyone's taste from men's and women's clothing (Athlete's World, American Eagle, Le Chateau, Aeropostale, Coach, Foot Locker, H&M, Guess, Gap, Lids, etc.) to video game stores (EB Games) to phone stores (Rogers, Fido, Bell, etc) to cosmetics, jewelry stores, big box stores (Sport Chek, The Bay, WalMart), to the applebee's restaurant and the rest of the foodcourt there is something for everyone to enjoy! White Oaks Mall is usually always busy and with only one floor it can be tough navigating your way through the maze of stores and specialty shops, but there is a help desk in the middle as well as maps placed in various spots around the mall if you happen to get lost or need to find a specific store. The Food Court is located right in the middle with more retail stores surrounding it. There is also lots of other stores in the area for your needs including an (LCBO, Best Buy, Future Shop, many more restaurants, hotels, etc). read more

This mall is going strong with the basic anchor stores and a bunch of popular chains. Lots of parking. Some of the hallway seating has charge ports for your phone. This mall is pretty busy most of the time after usual work hours. Stores do seem to have a habit of playing musical chairs changing locations often. read more

Quite convenient from the 401 when you guys make a stop to get food and have the kid run around. It has a food court with multiple options but that's about it. Tried a few different places and felt I should have stuck to the big chains cause what I got wasn't great. They do however have lots of high chairs so that's a plus. The stores, well there were a lot of stores I have not seen in a long time. You just don't find them in Toronto, they bring back memories of the 90s. They have a Wal-Mart, and it's decent. It says under renovations and from the front entrance I can see why, it's small. Lots of empty shops, wide corridors for kids to just run around, some seating but not a lot of decorations. read more

From the outside the White Oaks Mall in not really impressive, it looks rather industrial, however internally it is well lit and has an interesting flow. It does not really have a circular flow, but more of a clover leaf flow, not entirely bad, however I can say I can see how some stores can be overlooked and not visited at all because of its location. There is a Dollarama that is downstairs. Walmart is also attached to the mall - it looks as if it is being updated and renovated. The food court has ample seating, however during the lunch hour, one should order and one should hold the table. Overall I can say that the customer sales representatives at the various shops we visited were polite, helpful and respectful of customer space. read more

White Oaks is my go-to mall when I need to get stuff done. It has everything I need from Ardene to Walmart. While this mall can get busy (especially around the holidays, yikes), it has a lot to offer. I find some stores are a bit more on the affordable side. There is an H&M, (a very large) Ardene, Sephora, and Coach here which makes it a bit different than Masonville. The layout of White Oaks can even confuse the most avid mall shoppers (even I get turned around sometimes!). The food court is getting a bit better with some unique food options. I like that there is a Cultures there since they offer healthier options. There is always a huge line at the Tim Hortons (of course). The Walmart here can be bonkers most of the time. I try to avoid it when I can. It isnt the best experience. Other stores in the mall could use a bit more attention to customer service. White Oaks Mall is very close to the 401 so it makes for a good place to shop for those coming from surrounding towns. As a kid, my parents and I used to drive an hour to shop here all the time. They have great programs during March Break and other times of the year. Whenever I have visited their info booth, the people working have always been very helpful. The parking garages are helpful and I find there are always a ton of spots inside. read more

This mall has what has most malls have...one chain of everything. I only go here for Sephora, David's Tea and my dentist. This mall seems to be like a wagon wheel so you can get lost easily. As I often say...bring chalk. Notable? Huge Dollarama, tiny Walmart and fantastic Sushi place. Also interesting is the early morning mall walking crowd...wow...some walk fast. read more

White Oaks Mall is a great mall, and an asset to London. There are a bunch of stores selling clothes, toys, books, shoes, food - basically everything a typical mall would sell. For this reason, it's easy to find everything you need in one place. There's a Walmart which is pretty big, so you can find lots of things there. A large Dollarama for cheap finds, and several banks. The parking lot is also very large - parking is still a pain though since this mall does get very busy during peak hours. The food court offers many choices including A&W, Pizza Pizza, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, and a healthy-ish sandwich shop. There's lots of seating, but it's near impossible to find a good seat during busy lunch or dinner hours. Hours are reasonable, and there are other great stores close by to extend your shopping trip! Not bad. I wouldn't say this is the best mall in London, but this one isn't bad at all. White Oaks has a wide variety of shops to meet everyone's needs. There is even a Coach store in White Oaks. The food court is great, they recently redesigned it and now it looks more modern, and it is definitely more spacious and clean. There is plenty of parking at White Oaks and I think some people actually forget that there are two multi-level parking structures available. So if you can't find a good place to park that is within two steps from the doors, stop driving around like an idiot for 5-10 minutes and go park in the multi-level parking lots. Down side... this place can be confusing to navigate. It is one floor, but the mall isn't rectangular shaped. The mall has pods that surround the food court. So if you feel like you are walking in a figure 8, you just may be doing that. The other down side is that there are only a few shops that stay for a long period of time. Over the past number of years it isn't uncommon to see a store show up and then be gone in under a year. That's the economy I guess. read more

Mall okay to shop at. Messy times. Me don't like how stores are placed. Like the way Masonville is better

This is my go to mall. It is located conveniently close to me. I find that White Oaks has more sales than Masonville.

This has been our regular stop on our way to Toronto from Sarnia because there is no service centres along the way. This large mall has a ton of shops and a decent fast food court. Definitely one of the best shopping place in the area. read more
