I took a few photos of the state of the store as I stroke through it on a Tuesday night. I absolutely could not believe the state of the store every single aisle look like it hadn't been attended to in weeks, carts and boxes in almost every aisle clothes just thrown on the floor . Talked with the manager and I was told that they just can't hire enough people. I don't know what the problem is at this store, but it is clear that corporate needs to come in and clean it up. Beware of buying a Keurig maker. First off, the first one I purchased, which was the K-Supreme only lasted for 1 cup. Wouldn't work after that. I checked the reviews and they were not good. I should have looked first but I thought Keurig's were a popular and safe brand. The one I had many years finally gave out so I thought I would get another one. So, I returned that one and got the K-Elite. I did check, and the reviews were 50/50 on it but I took my chances because I didn't have any other options for what I wanted. After I get it home I realize that it looked like it had been opened and resealed. Yes.....it was returned and they put it back on the shelf!!! I plugged it in just to see and yes, the power wouldn't even come on....The bottom of the filter holder wasn't even there and there was no filter....I have always purchased my small appliances from Target. NO LONGER!!!! I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't put mine back out there too. read more

I purchased the Rexing V3C Model, which really impressed me with the latest features such as sensors that detect vehicles near me. What I really liked were the warning sounds that let me know any danger that approached me. It's a very easy to use device and I didn't have any issues installing in my vehicle. This Target has unfortunately gone so down hill. I dread going into the store. The new beauty section invites a lot of teens who leave the area trashed. I'd like to say that's the only part of the store that's trashed, but it's almost every department, especially the clothes and shoe department. Also, the music that's played in the store does not cater to the masses, and has on occasion been inappropriate. Instrumental music would be more ideal. read more

I've been shopping at this location off and on for years. Recently, the location seems to be taking a nosedive in terms of store organization. Store is sloppy- merchandise is poorly organized and chances of getting a cart when you walk in are at best 50%. It's also difficult to maneuver around employee restocking carts which are left out throughout the store during the day. Obviously these are all minor annoyances but they have also jacked up prices on many items so I am left wondering what my money is paying for. It certainly doesn't appear to be a good shopping experience. read more

I have been coming to this Target since I moved to the area nearly 10 years ago. I have been hoping since then that it would expand into a SuperTarget, but I do not think that will be happening due tot he recent update. I truly enjoy shopping here. The store can be a bit messy at times, evening when it is not holiday shopping season. That is the only reason for my 4 stars. Due to the lack of organization, there have been times that I went to the store, looking for items that are "in stock", but neither I nor the sales associate can find them. Worse is when I have placed an order for pick up, went to the store only to find out that items were out of stock. With all of that said, this is a great place to shop, and the new layout is lovely. Note to mention, there is now a Starbucks! Because I frequent this store so often and shop for two my growing children, I have to return things from time to time. When I do, I get the pleasure of seeing Ms. V. She is a delight and I am sure anyone that comes into contact with her would say the same. She is the epitome of customer service and her energy just makes you feel good :) I don't know what she is making, but it is not nearly enough for the good energy she brings to this store. read more

Went to store looking for a printer and paper for my office at about 10am on a Wednesday and the store wasn't very crowded. I thought I would be just in and out quickly, I was wrong. The paper wasn't near the printers or office supplies and just on a random isle. Once I found it and was ready to check out, there was only one lane open and 7 people in line. A young girl opened another register and I was second in line, she couldn't get the security tag of the printer box and had to call for help. Then the credit card machine kept screwing up. What should have been an easy trip wound up costing me nearly an half hour getting out of the store. I think better training would help and better management to ensure that people are leaving happy. Target has become one of my go to stores. It has many selections and is easy on the eyes than a Walmart. The stores are open, bright, and not as crowded as Walmart but yet has many supplies for everyday needs. Clothing is really not that bad in quality either. I have gone through wearing and washing the clothes there and could attest to its cloth quality. The one at the Mall of Georgia is, however, very so so compared to other Targets I have been to. Stock selections there is very average. I go to Targets at times for home decor, clothing, and baby items. Parking is easy because it is not as crowded as other stores and the fact that it is close by the mall makes it very convenient. Let me comment on its Pharmacy, which is really bad. Don't get me wrong, its service is fantastic! However, its hours are so inconvenient I do not understand why it exists. It's hours are so short. On a weekend, I had went to urgent care and had medication sent there. I arrive there at 5 PM on a Saturday and guess what, its not open. So I went on a Sunday morning to get medication, and it is not open in the AM on Sundays. On another occasion, I went to the Target Pharmacy on a weekday after work and it had closed at 7 PM already. This is my main pharmacy location linked to insurance and yet it does not accommodate the hours that well for me and I am sure for others as well. I do not recommend using this location as your pharmacy because one of these days you will fall in the trap of thinking this pharmacy has hours like other stand alone pharmacies. So overall, I could not give this Target a 5 Star but I think it is somewhere between a 3 and a 4 Star. read more

My wife hates public restrooms and refuses to use them, but she said she used it to change our babies diaper and said it was very clean, or at least this time it was. I generally write reviews for food here on yelp so this review, naturally, isn't for the Target store itself...it's for the chicken tenders. Yes, that's right: Target's chicken tenders. I saw a friend post a picture and her caption was something about how we shouldn't sleep on chicken tenders (modern slang for, don't overlook Target's chicken tenders!) and I'm pretty woke (also modern slang for, I'm aware of things and trends around me) so I hopped into my car and went to Target for some chicken tenders. There's something about Target's chicken tenders. I can't put my finger on it but it just tastes really good! And the portion is enough to where it's a snack but it can still be a meal minus healthy vegetables and whatnot. It's also really affordable so if you or your partner or your kid(s) or your friend(s) or all of the above are hangry, grab some chicken tenders. It's also really affordable. I always get honey mustard as a dipping sauce and a knowledgeable friend of mine says that Target uses the good brand of dipping sauce, whatever brand that may be. If you are buying anything online at target.com and use PayPal to pay for it, if you change your mind they only refund with a Target gift card. I called the 800 Customer service line and they couldn't do anything to simply have my refund put back on my PayPal which is linked to my bank account. If you go into the store they will refund in cash, but isn't the benefit of buying online that you don't have to go to the store? I will never buy anything from Target online again. read more

As I'm leaving the store from using the self-checkout the cashier screams to get me to stop and proceeded to tell me "something didn't go through" I have no clue what she was talking about since I PAID FOR MY ITEMS. I'm not really sure what would detract from a Target unless there were some glaring issues. I've been to this location handful of times without issue. Obviously weekends in this area, it's going to be pretty packed. This location shares a parking lot with party city, TJ Maxx, and other retailers. On this particular visit, it was around 10:30 on a rainy Sunday so it was pretty quiet. My wife, kids, and I came in for a few random toiletries. The target brand items are pretty nice and would say a step up from generic Walmart brand. The store has always been clean and we can find everything we need fairly easy. Download the cartwheel app and sometimes you can find what you're already buying has an additional discount. Stop by the snack bar if you have a kid under 12 and get a free piece of fruit. read more

They have what you want and what you don't need. I think it's a better move on there part to add more toys now that Toys R Us is gone but they didn't. Walmart did, so they got more shoppers. I think opening more lanes or self checkout would be helpful as well. read more

Situated in the Mall of Georgia shopping area, sits this location... I was quite shocked that at 8:15 AM on a Thursday morning, that this Target wasn't busy. I was on my way into Atlanta & stopped in here to do a return. There was no employee to be found at Guest Services. After a minute or so, one appeared & quickly handled my transaction. He then whisked away after I walked off. The layout is different than my NC Targets, so I quickly perused the front left side of the store. Employees were busy stocking & no one spoke to me...which is not common at the NC stores I frequent. I did use the restroom upon leaving & was pleased that it was very clean. There is plenty of parking; however, I am sure on a busy weekend or during lunchtime, parking could be an issue. read more

This location gets pretty packed on the weekends. No surprise since Mall of Georgia is across the street. The dressing room associate was pretty friendly. The guest services associate was cordial enough, but she could have been more smiley and friendly. It's just something that's associated with the Target vibe. The store overall was pretty clean and well organized even though people were shuffling stuff around as they walked through the aisles. Parking is pretty abundant since this Target is in a large complex. So if you want to be amongst the weekend shopping crowd, then this is the place to be. Lol. read more

Pretty solid store located right behind the Mall of Georgia. The location gets swamped with people during the holiday season and almost every weekend. I have been coming here since it opened and think the Target brand is always superior to the Walmart up the road. This store in particular is spacious and always clean with a friendly staff. For many of my non-food necessities, I usually head to this Target because it's located by the Mall of Georgia, which is closest to my house. With the exception of Black Friday, I never have a problem finding parking. This Target, in particular, is my favorite store to shop at on Black Friday because there's also a Best Buy in the same building complex. In my opinion, Target stores are the best places to shop at on Black Friday because they usually have awesome deals on electronics and toys. Sometimes, I like to check Target's website for special deals or coupons you can print and take to the store. I *heart* coupons!!! Although it isn't too different from most other Target stores, this one now has a "Fresh Grocery" section. Since I usually get groceries at Kroger or Korean grocery stores, I recently saw that they added this whole section, but I haven't checked it in detail to compare prices or anything. I will update my review accordingly when I do. Overall, this Target gets 4 stars because of its convenient location, easy parking, and great deals on everyday products. It's generally pretty neat and orderly for a Target store, but I had to subtract one star for their *sometimes* gross restrooms. Although the restrooms are not always the cleanest, I really like that they have a single restroom right next to the pharmacy in addition to the main restrooms near the front entrance. The womens restroom at this location was real dirty. Toilet paper all over the floor stalls, a few toilets were filled with toilet paper, the trash can was over flowing with paper towels, the baby changing table was dirty and also no soap in any of the soap dispensers. I was very shocked by the condition of the restroom at this location. According to the cleaning schedule on the door, the last time that day the restrooms were checked, was at 2:30pm. I was in the restroom at 5:44pm. I was so disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The cashier I had brought this issue to, apologized and said she would let her manager know right away. read more

When I am forced to be in this area (usually by my teen daughter, Mild Falafel) I have noticed even the air is electric with the satanic tinge of consumerism sparked by thousands of magnetic strip atoms being simultaneously released into the atmosphere. It's your typical large big box store - lots of stuff to buy and a moderate selection. The prices are a little steeper than other, but the quality is a little better. But it's a big box store, there's not much to say here. The traffic to get it was murder though - don't plan on this being a quick in and out. read more

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? I don't really understand how to feel about Target because it just never seems to have what I need. Today I simply needed to find a photo album that would hold 5 x 7 prints but they really had nothing at all, (only two on clearance that were unacceptable). The one thing that I still enjoy purchasing here is their men's tees because they have great quality, fabric and softness. They are great! Unfortunately these stores just do not generate the foot traffic that they did when they first gained popularity. They just have too much competition and don't really excel in one particular area except customer service. However, social media has had such a great impact on businesses that Target is simply not the only one excelling in this area. Target was once a very profitable store but seems to have been in a slump in recent years. What happened? I would love to see them redefine themselves and become the strong chain they once were. I recently went to this location and visited the electronics department. It took me 45 minutes to get a price check and then the guy didnt even scan the product he just said "oh its here" and pointed to a half peeled off sticker. Well, the whole reason I asked is because it was half peeled off dummy! I work retail, so I found myself trying to help other people, because that's just who I am.
