Me and Fiancé went in to do some sneaker shopping to our surprise they best prices on sneakers in the entire mall, but what really is going to have us come back was DeVaughn! Not only was customer service amazing but we had forgot some Christmas gift we had with us in the store and he chase us down to the main floor to hand us our stuff. I asked one of the associates about a product and instead of answering he starts cracking up laughing and tell his other associate this N***** dumb while they have kids inside the store. The manager works here is crazy. All the AJS never on the rack. Even you get in line earlier, you won't get your shoes. Because he only sells to the people for his own preference. There today with my daughter and some low class young women workers started trying to make my daughter (the customer feel stupid. I told my daughter that we don't have to take this and we left. If you are the owner or manager of this place. The young ladies that were there on 10.29.16 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm should probably not work for you... these young women clearly suffer from low self esteem for trying to make another young lady feel less than for whatever reason...will never shop here! read more

My boyfriend and I are regular customers here. The store is usually busy when we come in. The manager, Josh, and the rest of the staff always helps us out with shoes we are looking for and need a size in. This Shiekh is horrible and has horrible customer service. I am from Los Angeles BUT will be in Las Vegas on December 21, 2013 the day that the Gamma Blue Jordan 11s are released. I called the store today to get the raffle code so I could enter the raffle online and they would not give it to me. They said I have to come in the store to get it. How in the hell can I come into the store to get it if I live and am currently in Los Angeles??? However, I am going to Vegas the same day the shoes are released that is why I am trying to enter the raffle in that city. After I spoke to the rep I asked to speak to the manager. The manager rudely answered the phone and started talking before I could even speak. He immediately just answered the phone and said "I'm not giving you the code. You have to come in the store and get it. I don't care where you are. You better have some one in Vegas come get it for you!" What kind of manager speaks to their customers like that. This store and their management and staff is a horrible representation of Shiekh. FYI: I called another Shiekh and was able to get a raffle code. read more

Great service. They asked me what I was looking for. I was shopping for the low cut, all white, Air Jordan Ones which are hard to find in my size (9 or 9 1/2). They were also very helpful with my wife getting a couple of shoes. She made them work trying on different pairs of shoes but was very satisfied with the overall service. I just came back from my vacation in Las Vegas. I'm a tourist at heart. I love traveling. It was me & my wife Gina's first time ever in Las Vegas. Me and Gina had landed in Vegas around 9:00am. We had a lot to time to spare. The first place me and my wife went to was the mall on the Las Vegas Strip called Fashion Show. I believe we were either on second floor or third maybe where we both came across the store Shiekh Shoes. As soon as we enter the store we were greeted by a young man name Darrell. Darrell had ask us how we were doing with a great attitude besides asking us how our day was going he informed us about the great sales Shiekh Shoes was having & if we were looking for anything specific. Than he let us adventure off in the store. My wife Gina seen some black huaraches that were on sale. She immediately said "I have to get these " as soon as we turn around a few feet across from us came Darrell. He immediately ask us if we were finding everything okay along with if we wanted to see a size in the shoes. Let me tell you this I have been in many shoe stores from stores in New York down to stores in Texas. I have never met a shoe store worker who showed so much respect. Every time he spoke to me Darrell would call me by "Sir" no matter the sentence he showed respect. My wife Gina ask him for a size 8. Darrell went to go check for it. That was when we were hit with the bad news that they did not have it in stock, but with in seconds Darrell brought over a Huarache that was a size 6 in kids. In the moment I was like no way my wife can feet a kids shoe. So we told him no thank you. Darrell than informed us that kids run big & also that my wife would be two sizes down. Darrell with a big smile said "it doesn't hurt to try it". His good attitude made me believe him so I told my wife to try it on. My wife ended up actually being able to fit the kids shoe. I was pretty amazed since my wife never tried on a kid shoe before! The price of the shoes were a lot cheaper than the women's version that was amazing to me. Since my wife was getting a pair of shoes I had no choice, but to get my self pair too. Darrell took the shoes to the register and told us "take your time and if you need anything else I'm more than happy to help you" the young man made me and my wife feel welcome. His customer service was great. Before Darrell had let us look for a shoe for myself he introduced his self to me with greater manners Darrell said "what's your name sir" when I told him my name he immediately said "nice to meet you Jacob" while shaking my hand. As me and my wife walk to the mens area I tell her wow he's a great worker. I was amazed that he showed great manners especially since this young generation has no respect for others. I was able to find the perfect shoe. I wanted to match my wife so I got a pair of black huaraches the same style as hers. Darrell help me find the perfect size. Unfortunately since huaraches cut fits smaller. Darrell recommended me to get a half size bigger that ended up fitting perfect. He answered all the questions I had about the shoe honestly. I could tell by his body language plus the way he spoke that this young man was a hard worker & took customer service serious. He made my wife and I feel that he actually cared about our needs rather than sell us anything. When we were ringing out I was able to get some shoe stuff to clean my shoes. Darrell recommended a shoe starter kit called Jason Marks. I have a lot of shoes that look pretty dead at home. I honestly never bought any thing to clean my shoes before so I was kinda skeptical so I ask Darrell how does it work. Darrell did not stumble to let us know that the cleaner works great on all types of materials pointing out all the details. This is where Gina and my self got stunned. Darrell said "I'll show you" by taking off his personal pair of shoes that he was wearing than making them dirty by rubbing the bottom of another shoe on his shoe. Darrell displayed to us the Jason Mark kit that came with a brush. He had a little bowl of water with the solution already mix up. He than scrub his shoe with the cleaner with in moments the dirt mark he made was gone. It was almost like magic. Me and my wife was won over at this moment. My wife bought the starter kit for me. As soon as we paid for our stuff Darrell handed me a business card with his name on it. He thank me and my wife for choosing to shop at Shiekh and that he looks forward to helping us next time. The young man before we left shook both our hands. He displayed professionalism, integrity than most important the best CUSTOMER SERVICE we had during our whole trip. I look forward to our next trip to Las Vegas in July. I plan on going back to Shiekh to shop. Hopefully Darrell is still working there. If there was a employer rating on yelp. Every since then he sold me my first Pair of Jordan's on a release. Ever since then this is man spot. They have the best release the best prices the best staff just everything the best sheikh in Vegas. Josh and his team are always friendly, upbeat, an on top of everything. Everyone always greets you as soon as you walk in. Ask if they can help you an let you know if you need anything don't be hesitate to ask. They make you feel like you're the only one in the store. It's the time of the year when I usually look for a decent pair of sneakers. I walked into Shiekh shoes at the Fashion Shoe mall and I liked what they had to offer. They had a wide variety of shoes ranging from cross trainers to dress shoes. I was greeted by the person behind the cash register as soon I walked in. I noticed they had a nice selection of rare T shirts which is always a plus. Overall prices were not that cheap it wasn't like i was at an outlet mall but the selection made up for it. What I couldn't find at Footlooker or Champs I found at Shiekh. I purchased a pair of AirMax Nikes, the overall costumer service was pretty good. The store was very spacious and easy to get around with great displays. I'll definitely recommend this spot to the sneaker heads I know. read more

If I could give it less than one star I would. Went into this store to get my girlfriends some shoes for Valentines Day. Chantel was really helpful and got us squared away. We checked out and decided to head out. My girlfriend tried out the pair of Jordan 1's BHM edition and she tried them on in the house and could tell they were too big and that edition didn't come any smaller. We returned to the store she looked around, but couldn't find any others she liked. We go to return them with receipt and they informed us we couldn't return them 15 days AFTER RELEASE which was Jan. During our store visit and checkout we were NEVER told we couldn't return these shoes if they didn't fit nor these had a release date that has came and passed. I even looked around the store and saw no signage stating that. They only wanted to offer store credit which doesn't work since we are here on vacation. I looked on the receipt and it said 15 days on raffle items, but nothing on release date. Luckily after waiting for them to look at the shoes did they finally process the return. Before though they had me write down my name and number on a sheet of paper which was very intrusive of my privacy for them to have on file. They did the right thing of allowing the return, but I urge other patrons to avoid this store as the process of informing customers on return policies is lackluster. read more
