This new location used to be Timberland, kitty corner from the Nike outlet store. Clothing is in the front, along with the register, but we went straight to the shoes. I went to the womens clearance, which were the sideways aisles of the store. Upon entering the store, to the left. Narrow aisles, BTW. I wanted to see what my size was in slip-ons, which is pretty much my size unless the shoe brand run large (Crocs/ FitFlop). I saw one pair which wasn't my style print (skulls, that's like a 20s or Spencer Gifts thing) but it fit really well (arch support), and I saw one pair that was so me, a fun summer print, at $29.99 but I didn't see another pair worth buying. Maybe if we're there again soon, and I see it, maybe I'd buy it. (Vans are the preferred shoes for women at the theme parks, even in the winter time. Just an observation. I wanna ask strangers, but I never work up the nerve, to see if they're comfy.) The sale promo: Buy one, get the 2nd pair half off, just like Famous Footwear. Talk about being hot outside...it still did not stop me from going to the outdoor outlet. I have no idea where Van's was located, I found a local person to show me which direction thankfully. As soon as I enter the store the manager was so sweet and nice, I was able to get me through the line and get my exchange ready so that when I checked out it was there. Great employees, they were willing to help, and very cordial. I can say that the NORTH shopping outlet is a better fit for me! Easy to get around. Plus I live about 15 miles north of here! I absolutely love Vans and my son loves them more than myself. However, this store cashier was so slow, and rude. I almost dropped my stuff because of this. There was one person in front of us and we waited more than 10 mins. Mind you the store is full of staff, so I'm not sure if she was new, in training or just didn't care either way it was a horrible experience. I will not return to this location. Beware of shopping at this location. They did not have my size so they asked if I wanted to purchase online using their iPad. It was not working and I noticed they were saving previous buyers credit card info and handing it around for others to use. I let the associate know and he said he would fix it. I then continued to try but the previous credit card information was still in there. Needless to say they could not fix it. I then told them I could do it on my phone but he said I wouldn't be able to get the discount or free shipping and was pretty rude. Customer service was terrible. I will not be back. read more

I'm torn about this review, but here goes. I called in first to see if they had a certain shoe in stock. Vans S8 Hi shoe, for my daughter. I was informed that the shoe was available and that they were on sale BOGO half off. I was like!! Awesome!! (Darn shoes are expensive). We drive all the way over there and walk into the store, immediate service, which is AWESOME, but it turns out my daughter shoe wasn't on sale....and we couldn't buy them for the discounted price! :( Since my daughter really wanted them, we ended up buying them anyways, and another pair of shoes for my younger daughter. Ended up spending a total of $87!! Maybe I misunderstood them, but I doubt it....I probably won't be back, unless my daughter needs another pair of shoes in like 4 years!! Lol!! This location is at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets (North) and has great deals going on. I didn't intend on coming here or even knew this store was here. After passing by I decided to step inside and check things out. The store was filled with customers as well several staff on hand to assist. The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful in getting me the sizes I wanted to try. I ended up getting 2 pairs on a BOGO deal and was pleased. Here thats a constant! I went in to get my little guero some shoes and possibly pick up some for moi. I walked around and found like 5 pairs for my boy and 1 for me. I was in there for a little while, and although it was small I was able to find a place to sit and try my shoes on! Score they were also only 20$!! So I went to check out and was greeted by mister sexy green eyes! Theres like 5 things that get me: colored eyes, Asian guys, nice teeth, yummy smelling, and a great personality. My sister and I waited 40 minutes to pay online and then a worker told us to go back in line to pay for another shoes that was in store. We waited another 20 minutes to pay. On top of that we waited in line for another 30 minutes to get in the store. The customer service was horrible. OK, I may be biased as I used to work at a VANS store in my teens, where I got to blast my metal CDs, terrorize tourists and spike up my red/silver/blue hair. But I digress. VANS shoes are darn near indestructible, as evidenced by my 2nd generation Willy Santos and original Cabs that (though severely beat up and declared biohazards) I still wear to rawk shows and around town. After almost 10 years! Though I have some older-skater friends that prefer Airwalks and other newer brands, they can all attest to the durability of these kicks. And if they break? Getting another pair won't break the bank. Hard to differentiate the store from the Pac-Suns and Quicksilvers out there, as they all offer "zomgextr33m" lifestyle apparel...but VANS somehow always holds a special place in my heart. read more

Love this store I own so many vans had a great time in here today found 4 pairs I loved out of the 4 I wasn't able to get one didn't have my size and the one on display was very dirty however Paolo went to the extent to clean them but was unsuccessful shoe was all white but had several black finger prints and while trying to clean with a brown paper towel it made it worse. Sam called other outlet they had a pair and was whiling to hold them for me and made sure I could still get he buy one get one 50% off!! Thanks to Sam and Paolo great service!! read more

June 03 was my first visit, they have great shoes at reasonable price plus very patient and courtesy customer service from Alex.

My kids wanted vans for back to school, Ok so we went on a Thursday mid afternoon around 1pm. OMG what a nightmare!!!!!!!! First of all I have 3 kids all grade school. WE spent over 45 minutes waiting for a size in a shoe. They said oh we don't have straps in the size but laces. My 8 year old daughter was ok with laces, the shoes come out and we have colors we didn't even want. First of all my daughter is some what of a tomboy she does not like pinks and purples and little hearts all over her shoes. No one really listened. I asked for a size 1.5 they didn't have it, No one could even think that a size 2 might be ok? exactly what my daughter wanted but just had to do some digging and ask about sizes over and over again and then wait until someone decided they may or may not have them. Its a half size. My first job was in a shoe store and if you didn't have the correct size always bring a half size bigger because its only about a quarter inch difference to begin with. Customer service 101. Once some guy finally brought the size 2 out to us. They were basically thrown at us. buy one get one half off is a little bit of a joke. If you have buy one get one half off all over your store then everything should be buy one get one half off. (beware of the fine print) This store is SMALL!!!! It has a horrible layout and the line to check out was horrible. Only one person ringing guest up and a line that wrapped around the store, then someone else hopped on another register. I was excited! well that didn't last long, only to start the transaction and then be passed off to another register and more time in line. Then we get to not everything is buy one get one half off, well my kids got shoes. I left everything for my husband at the register. I was beyond annoyed at this point. They tell me as I check out, oh could you please take the survey at the bottom of receipt. guess what that doesn't work either. This review started at a 2 but now I've decided 1 star is truly the best I can even think to give them after the nightmare I endured with my kids. My youngest didn't get the shoes she wanted but found others she liked almost just as well, my son was by far the easiest on the shelf and fit first time around. I get that shopping with kids isn't always easy but this was the worst experience ever. read more
