ASK FOR VINCE! I desperately needed a quick fit for an event and did not have any clothes available. I went to three other nearby stores and no one was really helping me find something and I was rushing. So as my last attempt I ran in here hoping to find something. The minute I walked I was greeted by Vince, I told him my situation and he quickly showed my items they had in my sizes and even some that were on sale. While trying things on he engaged and was genuinely interested in the event I was headed to. He made me feel like a friend and rushed to get items I was interested and was quick to check out. Poor customer service, associates tell you one thing and when you call they tell you another about a product. We drove all the way from Arizona as crzy as it sounds for some shoes. The representative told us about the raffle. Told him our situation that we are from Az and we won't be able to come back until Sunday he said no worries we can hold turns out they can't. I got my sons hopes for nothing and the store can care less. I offered to pay over the phone or pay when I got there he said no. Poor customer service. Never will i shop at this location. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. Simply disgusting. I was at the store this evening with my family and we purchased 3 pair of shoes from this store, we were all happy with the shoes we picked. HOWEVER, after we came back home and starts unpacking the stuff, we realized that the pair of Jordan we bought (the left one) is a display shoe! I asked the staff there TWO times if this is the display shoe, he denied and ensured me that it is NOT a display shoe. I trusted him and just went on with it. This kind of service is just disgusting. I paid for the shoes and I did not expect them to be a display ones. I would not purchase it in the first place if I know they were out on display. The shoes looked significantly different under white lights and it is just disgusting. It is not NEW. I'm going back first thing in the morning tomorrow and I hope they will give me an explanation for this. read more

Most unfriendly employees I've ever encountered in a retail store. This was my second visit and upon my first visit I had the distinct displeasure of hearing one of the Hispanic employees utter the n word about three times as he came out onto the sales floor. I had come in search of the coveted converse chuck Taylor 2 only to be told to check back on Friday. I am a frequent visitor of Shiekh Shoes in DTLA and most of the employees have been friendly and helpful. There was one instance when a woman gave me attitude while we were waiting for a raffle but I can understand she was most likely stressed and ready for the raffle to be over with. Antajuan is always very helpful. Keirra is very sweet and seems hard working. This store always has quality items. The only thing is parking is close to none. read more

I went to this Shiek Shoes store and purchased the Air Jordan 1 Retro Hi Top Black/Black/Voltage Green/ White - Black History Month. I was very satisfied with my experience at the door I was greeted by Nessa well was very vibrant and polite and helpful when I told her what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of Abel who was very quick in helping me find my size 8.5 Sneaker which fits great. After I was presented the shoes and tried them on my experience ended with meeting the familiar face of Doneshia, who is always very helpful whenever I visit Shiek Shoes in downtown Los Angeles.
