During our sessions, I feel that she carries herself in a very welcoming and chill positive vibe, which I love about her. Ariel has always been so accommodating and flexible when scheduling an appointment to meet with her. I am also appreciative when she gives me a confirmation text before we meet the next day even though I have it in my calendar already. It's definitely those little things that matters! Honestly, it was really hard for me to understand and tell myself that I needed a little help, mentally. I was terrified in reaching out to any therapist, but I'm so glad I reached out to Ariel! I love how I can freely have a conversation with her without any judgement, move from topic to topic, and know that she can keep up with my thoughts and emotions plus help me sort it all out. I have shared some heart felt, deep and meaningful conversations with Ariel that I'm so relieved to be able to get it off my chest. I definitely feel that since our first session in June, Ariel has been by my side to help me open up, grow, heal, and learn to love and accept myself. She literally my cheerleader supporter but more chill vibes than perky haha. It really means a lot and I'm so proud of the progress we have made so far. I hope for others that are reading this as well, they will have the courage to reach out to Ariel and get the help they need. It's okay to ask for help. I'm so happy I did and reached out to Ariel. Healing is such a beautiful thing. (:

When a challenge/experience arrives in my life, I get to face it knowing I can call on him if I want to. It matters. The knowledge that there is a therapist I have built trust with provides a freedom to face the unknown on my own, without being alone. In a perfect world, everyone would have a therapist. I had no idea how much my ability to work through challenges would improve, just from having someone to talk through the big ones with. Patrick in particular has a deep understanding of the ways our minds can respond to life, and provides that insight without the detached, clinical vibe so many therapists seem to approach patients with. It's something truly special that he brings to the table. Finding a therapist you vibe with is not a simple task. Having one is a gift. You are a gift, Patrick. Thank you.

I needed someone to talk with and not burden my family or friends with lengthy complaints. He helped me to see what I can and cannot control. And the things out of my control - I can accept it or move on. This took some time to implement but it has brought me great inner peace. Since then, I have learned to take time for me and my needs so that I am able to support others. He is a trusted supporter that will listen without judgement. I have been pleased with his therapy and would recommend him.

She's been climbing up on the roof in the middle of the night, screaming and yelling waking up the neighbors she has been starting fires with gasoline and propane right up against the wall of the house. She has thrown out all her furniture. There is none in her house. Her kitchen sink is full of books. She's got them fooled so they're going to release her. She screams and yells that she wants to commit suicide and die and this place thinks she's fine and wants to release her. Obviously, they have lousy freaking psychiatrists. That can't recognize when somebody's pulling the wool over their eyes.

My brother is in a drug induce psychosis. I am hoping that they send my brother to a psychiatric hospital so that he can stay for some time so that they can give him anti psychosis medication so that he can slowly come out his psychosis. My family is fearful that exodus might let my brother just leave and that my brother will eventually walk home and when he gets home he will attempt to hurt himself and others again. My brother called us on the phone from exodus and we can hear that he is clearly still under psychosis. I pray that the doctors and the evaluating social workers help us avoid a possible tragedy by placing my brother is a psychiatric facility. I will update this review to let you know if they were able to get my brother and us help.
