If i could give them no stars i would. This location is bogus af. They schedule you at 10am and ask you not to eat for certain tests (while pregnant) then tell you to show up at 8am and they decide to open at 9am. Their excuse ? They have a meeting. This is so unprofessional and rude to everyone standing outside in the hot sun and they didnt even let us wait inside. Mind you i cant eat anything because they instructed not to and im pregnant and they make me wait and schedule me so late in the AM. This makes me so angry for my baby. read more

If they're not talking amongst themselves and ignoring you while you wait in line, they're just there sitting down all day with awful attitudes like if you don't like your job go work somewhere else. So other than the most basic of basic services you get here I would just recommend going to another location or just switching provider. Also like why schedule appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays if there's no parking and the streets where you would park at has no spaces and if you're late by 3 minutes they cancel your appointment?! We arrived at 7:00am for the covid vaccination standby line and there was already two people waiting on the sidewalk outside the center. At 8:00pm, they only had enough leftover vaccinations for the first 6 people in line and the total line of 60 people did not receive a vaccination. On the plus side, the center is very clean, they let you use the rest rooms and there is free parking on Wilmington Ave. On the downside, they do not update you on the number of vaccinations available to the covid vaccination standby line. If you decide to chance it, I recommend going at 7:00am or earlier. Bring a chair, blanket, food and umbrella (it was 50 degrees and raining on the day I went). Good luck! read more

It's taken me a while to write this review, but if I could give these guys 0 stars I would. My mom had been going to this specific clinic in Compton for months or more. They always called her that she was scheduled for blood work and immunizations when she had already had blood work and immunization done a week after her visit??? So go figure how unorganized and unprofessional they are. This doesn't stop here. She had done a biopsy previously with a Girl doctor at the Compton location but it took 4 weeks for this "doctor" to even give her the results she refused and she gave ME the results. I had to call and the doctor she was never there to provide the results. It was on the 4th week that they told me my mom had abnormal results and possibly cancer. I had to change my mom from this doctor to a new provider where in 2 weeks they confirmed my mom has Advanced Cervical Cancer! And that NO BIOPSY was sent to them from this office because there was NO RECORD of this biopsy!?? Please save your time and your health and find a good provider that might just save your life. Unfortunately my mom lost her battle to this cancer. And I know if it would have been detected ON TIME she may still be here. read more

Today I went in for a "Physical." And to my surprise the office was full of people to its maximum capacity! No seats left to sit on. And people there in the waiting room were side by side wearing their masks. But some people were apparently sick and coughing. I checked in and waited about 5 minutes in the hallway. I felt uncomfortable knowing it would be a long wait. Realized that those people there who were sick would need to be seen today. I decided to reschedule my appointment for a physical. And they actually didn't have any spot until after 15th of February of 2023!!! I didn't want to argue with the lady at the window who was rude and wanted to get into it with me. I called their main number (323) and explained the situation and plead for and earlier appointment, and was able to get an appointment for the 28th of December, yes in about 3 weeks! I don't understand why they allow people to sit around in the waiting room so long!? Why they overlap or over book appointments and or allow all those walk-ins!!! We are still struggling from the Covid-19 virus and the Flu season is upon us as well! The flu had been known to be deadly as well. Please be warned if you go to this Clinic, Do continue to exercise your rights. Something tells me this only happens in cities like Compton and rarely in cities like Beverly Hills. read more

Zero Stars....My valet company recently serviced an event for this clinic. The day was hot, around 100 plus. The valet attendants were thirsty, so naturally they drank water.... the lady that hired us saw that they were drinking water. Not only did she tell the valets to stop drinking water... but to put the bottles away... is this 1940? This is 2019, who tells people to stop drinking water??!??!?!??! The valets felt as though there was racism involved and felt extremely uncomfortable.. Usually, I keep my mouth shut on topics such as this but i am in complete awe right now. She paid for 14 valets and we sent 2 extra valets at no charge. The extra attendants were coming from our parking lot in Venice beach and had black shorts on instead of black slacks like the other 14 valets. The majority of the reviews for this clinic are one star and I see why. They do not treat people with respect nor do they have any common courtesy. Came for my 2nd dose covid vaccine. The organization is impeccable. Social distancing adhered to all the way through- apart from when you get your shot obviously. Security and staff all knew what to do and guided us through the process. Ample street parking. Recommend coming with an appointment otherwise there is a LONG line of people waiting to get a vaccine without an appointment/not in the current category for vaccine appointments. I got my COVID vaccines at this location. It's busy out front because people are waiting, and just generally outside people are anxious about COVID and vaccines. But once you get access inside via your appointment, the staff is so friendly and kind and professional. I am extremely impressed with this vaccination site, its workers, facilities and its amazing efficiency! First off, anyone 16 and up can go there after 4:30pm now without an appointment and get the vaccine. Once there, they will temperature check you, make a copy of your ID and then you will wait in a very short line if you're lucky like I was, and be in the caring hands of a nurse right away. After your 15 minutes of waiting, you are done, and a date for your second appointment is given to you via email! Eileen, the nighttime coordinator is INCREDIBLY helpful and nice! If you have any questions, call her! The staff told me that I could advertise far and wide for anyone in LA to go there after 4:30pm, to get the vaccine asap--if you don't want to deal with appointments, this is the way to go. This week, they had Pfizer. I have gone to the large county sites with my family and this is by far, the better alternative. All the workers, including the super friendly guard, are very courteous and professional. You don't even have to think twice about going there. Five Stars!! read more

I always schedule my sons appointment at 8:30am get there at 8:15 to check in and I don't get called in to a room until 10-10:30am. The nurse practitioner gets there like at 11am. If I'm lucky, I see a doctor. Just for them to see my son for 5 minutes!! It's horrible!
