Realized at the end of an hour I wasn't out of breath and the small hills were no issue. Also, coaches (Chris and Valerie at the 8:15 classes) are always encouraging, watching to ensure form is correct and suggesting weight increases when reps get too easy. Tye and Kelly on the Front desk are so friendly and helpful. Love this club!

Nex Level Sports is great. They have a huge turf area where you can play basketball, soccer,…read morefootball, you name it (they have all kinds of balls and nets for any of this). Upstairs they have a track where you can do sprints, and they've got tons of equipment that regular gyms just don't have. I don't even know what you call all of it--they're just equipped for everything (boxing, sleds, ropes, etc.). Besides all that, they have tons of free weights and machines. It's pretty manly in there but there are plenty of women too and the staff is incredibly nice and encouraging. Definitely worth checking out and getting a super varied workout. Great place to bring a friend and have some fun.
