Anybody that's had to hire contractors in our county knows the struggle. Whether it be competence,…read morecost, customer service in general or just showing up, the struggle is real. That being said we are so happy with Simmons!! The whole process, start to finish we knew we made the right call. Working with us on our exterior paint colors and having a real (educated) conversation about type and color made us feel confident in our final choice. They did such a good job masking everything off and then when that was finished masking the new areas to protect them. The metal awnings I'm sure weren't so easy to work around but they did and it's beautiful. We've been renovating, inside and out, an older manufactured home that the exterior had been ignored (by the original owner) for what seems like the 40 years since it was originally purchased. A cringe worthy process and after having to hire 2 companies per project (one to do the work and another to fix what the first company "fixed") we were nervous, to say the least. But they have created a home that took us from hoping nobody saw us walking out of to one that we just stand and stare at the beautiful transformation.
