We couldn't be happier with the service we're receiving from Main Beam Septic Specialists. We've…read moreused septic systems for over 40 years and fully understand the limitations of what can go down the drains, so we were surprised when our six-year-old ATT system was found to be in extremely poor condition. After getting no clear answers from our previous service provider, we reached out to the manufacturer of the ATT tank. Their assessment pointed to poor maintenance as the cause. Once we transferred our contract to Main Beam Septic Specialists--what a difference! They inspected the system right away, arranged for proper pumping, flushed the sand filter, and thoroughly cleaned everything for the first time. This family business is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always takes time to explain every detail. We now have complete confidence in our system and in the care we're receiving.

We called Randy & Karen from Main Beam Septic Service and asked if they could come out to our home and inspect the septic tank. They came out the same day and determined that it was not a drain field issue after all. And, that we had a blockage in the drain pipe leading to the septic tank. They went over and above our expectations in a very helpful, friendly and professional manner. We will definitely welcome them to perform any related drain field, septic tank or drain pipe repairs or replacements in the future. Thank You Randy and Karen! Bob N

We needed to have our septic pumped in our system Evaluation updated for the county. I called Loose…read moreDeuce based on their reviews on Yelp. They got back to me right away, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to pump our two tanks. They arrived a little early, which was great, and did a fantastic job on both of the tanks. I've included some before, and after pictures that they provided, as well as looking at them visually from when they were completed, and the difference is astounding. Not only did they remove the waste, but they cleaned both tanks. In addition, Loose Deuce performed some cleaning and maintenance on our main house tank, that is a dual chamber 1500 gallon tank. I've included photos of the difference, and they also showed me how to perform maintenance on them as well as how often. They also set up email reminders on a schedule for us, to avoid letting them go too far before pumps. Shawn and his crew are also super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond for an extremely reasonable price. I like to support small, local businesses and Loose Deuce is a great example of why. Exceptional service and results. They are now my go to for our home!

I called 4 places but let's get real- Loose Deuce is a hilarious name (and the only company that picked up when I called). Sean was WONDERFUL. He was super patient, talked me thought the entire process over the phone but it wasn't until he got here that I felt really taken care of. HE JUMPED DOWN IN THE TANK. Seriously. His whole body was in the septic tank. There was no seal on the pipe coming into the tank. (EW) and he went to Home Depot got some quick drying cement and sealed it right up! He showed me the empty tank and went over how it should operate and what to look out for. When I tell you I'm telling the neighborhood about these brothers. In a world full of people talking advantage of what you don't know, these guys are genuine kind humans.
