They easily could have came out and tried those things themselves and charged us. Our water went out from our well at midnight. I called the number on their website at 7:30am. The service repair agent, Jon, called me within 20 minutes. Jon was at our place at 9:30am. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and we had ours water running from our well within an hour. Such efficiency, professionalism and a price to fix our well that was very reasonable.
