Our experience with this custom men's clothing shop was extremely disappointing. We ordered a…read morecustom suit 3 months in advance and made 10 or more trips to the store for fittings, expecting that the extra time and attention would result in a properly made suit. Unfortunately, the original suite was altered so many times that it looked worse each time we returned. Despite all the fittings and alterations, the suit had to be scrapped, and they ran out of time to make another one. They even lost a pair of pants we needed altered too!!!! What was even more troubling was that the owner ultimately tried to give us clothing from the back room and a NON custom suit while still charging us for a custom made suit. That was completely unacceptable and not what we paid for. The customer service was equally disappointing. We did not see or hear from the original salesman after the first visit. On one visit, while we were there dealing with ongoing problem with the suit, the owner helped someone else, who simply walked in and left us waiting for 45 minutes, we found this extremely rude and disrespectful, especially considering how much time and money my entire family had already invested. A custom clothing experience should involve professionalism and respect for all customers. Unfortunately , we expereinced none of those. We gave this business more than enough time and opportunities to make things right and instead the experience was extremely frustrating right before our daughter's wedding. We would NOT recommend this business!!!!! The service and workmanship should be substantially better!!!!!!

Due to our wedding being top secret and my mother passing away, I flew solo to this appointment. I didn't think I'd get the full bride experience or have any connection to a gown. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Cheryl made me feel extremely welcome and got right down to business. As soon as I told her I was a size 14-16 in dresses, she flat out told me I wasn't. I didn't believe her until she PROVED IT! I also told her I wasn't into form-fitting dresses and loved an open back. She put me in the styles I preferred and I thought I found 'it.' But then...Cheryl threw in a little twist. I said YES to a dress I would have NEVER picked for myself or envisioned myself in. I even shed a tear. This woman has a GIFT. Also, back to the price point. I am a frugal shopper and pride myself on being a coupon queen. I refuse to pay full price for anything. Not that I'm a haggler; but I prefer to put cash towards other things life has to offer and discounts allow that to happen. Sure enough, Cheryl did it again! This gown was originally priced at (I think) $1699 but marked down to $999!!!! This place has the most amazing gowns, tremendous and accommodating staff; and won't break the bank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Oh! And one more thing. If I didn't live an hour away or work in a completely different career field, this would be where I'd apply for a job.
