Same with the kids sizes, there are a lot of selection on sale. Staff are friendly. They maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of the shoes, boxes, bags, hats, fancy jewelry and more for men's women's and kids. The clearance stickers were updated. They have the colors for 30, 40, 50 and 70% off. No more 80% off . Anyways, I'll still be in a look out for bargains. One happy shoe lover coming back to this location!

She repeated that I had to select "gift wrap" during online checkout, but from a customer's perspective, after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was extremely disappointing. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. I definitely won't be returning after this experience, and I regret not asking for the employee's name (short-haired lady with not-so-fluent English).

After browsing through the aisles I shortlisted a bunch of shoes to try. Elisha was super friendly and did her best to go through the stock - going up / down the ladder, checking the backroom etc for my size. (And multiple times - every time she came back I had shortlisted a few more) Unfortunately on the ones I selected, the smallest size available in stores were big for me. At this point Elisha suggested weekly days that they get restocked (few other styles have smaller sizes but they get sold FAST). However we live a good hour away and it'd have been difficult to come back. Determined to help she looked up the system and said she can put in a special online order for my size and it will be delivered at home. There was one particular pair I had my heart set on and listening to this had me super duper excited.. ORDER placed! When discovering several scuffs on the last pair of shoes, she was not willing to give a discount. I left and bought a really nice pair of Cole Haan for $50 less. I guess I will change my wardrobe from Johnston Murphy to Cole Haan. Very disappointing sales experience. Correction We went back another time to give it another chance, since Johnston and Murphy shoes are quality shoes. This time we were greeted and attended to like you would expect it from an upscale shoe store. The store Manager and one Sales Associate took the time to understand what we were looking for and to find and optimum fit. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, plus received one pair for free. The Store Manager apologized for the previous negative sales experience and noted that the error had been corrected as apparently other customers had similar observations.
