I was beyond tired and just wanted to take a nap and stretch out my legs. I have used Minute Suites in both Dallas & Atlanta, so I knew what to expect. Ashley greeted me and quickly checked me in. She was very friendly, welcoming and told me to let her know if I needed anything during my stay. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Minute Suites are located inside the terminals and offer one-hour suite rentals. You can adjust your time as needed, but you still pay by the hour. All Minute Suite locations have different amenities. Some have blankets, pillows, refrigerated drinks and snacks in the rooms; while other locations have only the basics (daybed, tv, desk, chair, white noise, coat hangers). Some even offer showers at an additional surcharge. Sadly, I was unable to fall asleep due to the time difference and nerves about missing my connection flight home. But I did fully enjoy two hours of peace & quiet, and the ability to lay down and stretch out my legs. I recommend this Minute Suites if you have time between connections and want to get away from all of the noise, hustle and bustle that comes along with waiting at the gate. I'll definitely visit this Minute Suites again the next time I find myself in Philadelphia Recommended!

For $65/hr. here, you get a glorified closet where you can turn the lights off. Unfortunately, everything else is pretty much the same as in the terminal: you lack control of the temperature (there is a thermostat in each suite, but your inputs cause nothing to happen), have to share a bathroom across the corridor with "gen-pop," and can recline on a worn-out, squeaky plastic couch held together by duct tape. I was hoping to get a nap in in here during a 6-hr. layover between a transatlantic and a domestic flight, but couldn't get comfortable in such a ramshackle, bare-minimum-of-effort environment. The sole benefit was perhaps the confirmation of my suspicions that this country is going downhill compared to the shining, ultramodern European airport I departed from! In my view, what would make this price point logical would be hotel-style amenities: the room can be small, but it should have an actual bed (even if just a twin), sheets, a WORKING thermostat, at least one complimentary water (making guests who are already forking over countless Benjamins pay $6 for a 500mL bottle shocked my conscience), and at least one private bathroom for those who've booked the suites. Without these perks, you might as well tough it out among the writhing masses outside.

Dear Aloft Philadelphia Airport Team,…read more I am responding regarding my stay reservation for April 17, 2026 through April 20, 2026. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, because my reservation was not honored. We booked this hotel weeks in advance, and when we arrived from the airport around 11:00 PM, we were told the hotel was overbooked and that no room was available for us. This was extremely upsetting and inconvenient, especially that late at night. What made the experience even worse was that we then had to find other accommodations on our own at that hour. Nearly every hotel in the area was fully booked. We had to call seven hotels before finally finding availability at La Quinta, which was not my first, second, or even last choice. After traveling, this created unnecessary stress and frustration. It was also clear that we were not the only guests affected. The front desk employee appeared overwhelmed and frustrated because multiple customers were being told there were no rooms available, even though they had already paid in full. That is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the hotel's reservation process and customer service experience. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Booking in advance and paying in full should guarantee that a room is available upon arrival. I hope this issue is taken seriously so that other guests do not go through the same situation. Sincerely, James Lewis

Luckily our shuttle was right on time and we got dropped off at the hotel within 10 minutes. When we were waiting to check-in, there was no one at the front desk. The lobby also has no AC and I didn't get the best vibe from the place. Unfortunately, it is what it is since this was so last minute and we just needed a place for a few hours until our flight the next morning. After 5 minutes or so, someone finally shows up and we were on our way to our room. The room itself is pretty standard, clean and well kept. It's a decent stay, but I wouldn't have chose to stay here for the price if I had a choice. Also, weird that I booked on Roomstorm for $196.67 but my receipt from Aloft shows $173.07. Did I get scammed somewhere?
