Pluck them? Naaahh. Wax them? Nahhh. Thread them? Yesssss! Eyebrows matter! lol I have been mostly satisfied with the experiences I have had at Shila Eyebrows Threading for the last few years. I don't have anything too extravagant done to my brows, just a clean up and sometimes tinted. I have always preferred threading over waxing, I feel like it lasts longer, and the results look better. Shila's location on Rainbow is very convenient for me, especially being right by Massage Envy so I can have a self-care day :) I took off a star, for only a few reasons. One is the price increase. I get it, the way costs are right now a lot of places are. However, the very reasonable cost made Sheila's Eyebrows stand out more over the rest before. If you have an appointment, this should be prioritized over any walk-ins that come after you. Common sense right? Sometimes they are so busy they overlook who came in before who and don't even look at the sign-in sheet to see if you have an appointment. There was only one time I was disappointed with my eyebrows after having them threaded here. Just imagine your eyebrows cut short in half. I learned a lesson, find the girls that do a great job and stick with them. I also came a couple of months ago, and one of the girls was very rude. She had a frown the whole time, didn't say thank you, I am not even sure why I tipped her, she was so ungrateful. With all of that being said, I highly recommend Shila and Sarah. I know that they will always do a great job and I will definitely request them for my future visits. Thank you Shila and Sarah for doing a fantastic eyebrow job and having wonderful service! She did my eyebrow thin. Not sure who the lady is. Been coming here for a year. My loyalty card is full so I got eyebrow free but for the lip she charged me $7.50 not sure if that was the actual price. She was very rude and the way she talks is not a good customer service. This happened to me like 3 times and I've always wanted to give it another try but they always fail. The worker that used to do my eyebrow before is not there anymore. I wish she's still there to do my eyebrow. Not sure if I'm giving another chance. I might look for another place read more

My favorite spot actually let me take that back the only spot I have ever gone to get my eyebrows done. I refuse to go to any other spots. Shila and her staff are amazing. everyone is extremely friendly and they're fast. Don't usually take me more than 5 minutes to get my eyebrows done. $15 to get eyebrows done is reasonable. I tried to make an appointment with Susma online but the timing was 40 minutes ahead. I ended up walking in and sign the paper to check in. A lil busy with 4 people wait. By my surprise I got susma unsure of who she was but went off of yelp reviews. She was great and did a nice job that I opted for the $30.00 deal. She wasnt too hard so it didn't hurt that much for the sides. I will be back to see her for now on and I asked for a punch card since I'll be coming back here. read more

This review is LONG overdue. I've been going to Shila for my brows since 2019. I always leave thinking i've gotten prettier haha! She always cleans up my brows perfectly and I'm never disappointed leaving. Her prices are very reasonable and great value. I like that she still does a punch card so I can get my brows done for free after buying 10. Beware: she is popular so make an appointment or you can find yourself waiting for a while depending on the time of day. I've been seated right away during random weekday mornings, but ususally I try to make an appointment. If you're looking for a brow place, give Shila a try! read more

Very rude employees. One of the ladies who works there claims that she's the owner is very rude. Asking a customer to place a hand over the eye, & if not done right, she makes uncalled-for comments. Please avoid this location and business, and for the love of God, go somewhere else that provides its customers with excellent treatment and service. Their employees need to be re-trained!!! I booked an appointment with my eyebrow technician Sushma for facial. I've had facials done before, but not at this salon. My appointment was scheduled for 6 PM, she took me in right away. The room was nicely set up, clean and ambiance was perfect. Her attention to detail when it came to the facial areas of concern I had was great! The micro dermabrasion was awesome. She even did a neck, arm, hand, and shoulder massage. That was phenomenal. I asked if I could take her home with me just for the neck and should massages. I would highly recommend her and the services that I received. The next morning my skin was still soft smooth and glowing. My pours were minimally visible. This was well worth the money as it is an investment in myself. And I'm worth every penny of it! These Women does a very good job and threading my brows; I've been a repeat customer for anout 3 years. Unfortunately I wll not be returning. A day before I left for vacation I came in and had the procedure (unfortunately I don't remember whats it's called, but the dye or henna used they told me it would last up to approx 6 weeks. What I do know is that this procedure was $60, plus the cost of the threading and the tip,, which I reluctantly gave. When I saw the "finished" job, I was confused; what was I supposed to see, because the dye was here and there. the lady and another woman were standing over me and I know this was a good job., and from the look on their faces, they knew it was a shitty job, I didn't say anything because there were customers waiiting and I didn't want them. hear me and i was leavining for vacation the following morning. i only hope that I can find a place that does a equally excellent job threading read more

I should have taken a before and after photo because WOW. Shila is just amazing. Fellow eyebrow threading peeps can probably relate to this but... You know when your eyebrows need to be done and after you get them done it's like "Wow, yeah they look so much better"? Well, after Shila got done working her magic on my brows I realized, "Holy crap, they REALLY look so much better." I've gone here and there for my eyebrows and the end result was good, satisfactory at best, but Shila completely fixed my brows and reminded me what they can actually look like! Safe to say, I'm beyond satisfied. This is my new and permanent eyebrow home. It was easy to make an appointment on Yelp but I did notice they talk walk-ins as well.
