(Dm me here or on Yelp for a recommendation for a wonderful lash tech!!!) Let me start this off by saying that I have had my lash extensions done professionally for 8 years. There are lash extensions that can look full, amazing, natural, wispy, and also can be done on you very comfortably... and then there are lash extensions that can be very uncomfortable, eyes burning during application, too much glue used, glued too close to your skin, too blocky, thick, and fake looking! Sometimes it's hard to see in pictures, but you can definitely tell the difference in real life. I'm sure you've seen those really heavy, blocky, obviously fake, dark thick lash extensions and you think to yourself oh wow, I would never wanna look like that. Well, that is how this place does their lashes. The artists are some of the worst I've seen between California and Vegas. I'm sure the reviews are bought and paid, or probably from people who just don't know any better and think this is as good as it gets. I'm guessing they try to delete bad reviews too because I've spoken to multiple people unhappy with this studio since my experiences!!!! I want other women to save their time and money by avoiding it here. I first had an appointment with a new artist who was less experienced than the others. I think they call them junior artists or something like that. She was very sweet and she did her best. But her hands were sweating the whole time and my lashes were too small, sparse, and felt crunchy at the end of the appointment.. It was clear to me that she was inexperienced. The lashes were coming out a couple days after the appointment. I contacted the studio again and informed them what happened with this first set. They offer me to go with a stylist named Aliyah, who they said is their top senior artist and always makes everyone happy/everyone always loves her work. So I said great. Let's give it a shot. The work done by Aliyah was so aggressively glued to my natural lashes and so heavy for the natural lashes that the set was so uncomfortable from the moment she started doing them all the way through to when I couldn't take it anymore and had to take them off (about a week later) My eyes were literally burning throughout the entire appointment and she just kept shushing me like a baby and wouldn't give me a fan to fan them until I asked multiple times. When the appointment was over, my eye was incredibly red, see the photo attached. This is not normal!!! and must be because of either the insane amount of glue that she was using or the fact that she doesn't use tape properly for the eyes or maybe the fact that she just glues the lashes way too close to the skin. Either way, this is not a style or preference issue, this is just flat out bad training and application. Then, at the end of the appointment, the red haired receptionist was pacing upset and rushing. I told her that I realized she was huffing and puffing and that I'll be out the door as soon as I look over my lashes and make sure I'm happy with them. She told me she was stressed out because her mom was picking her up from work. This was extremely unprofessional as I had just spent over $300 including gratuities for two sets that were not what I wanted. The owners only took off $30 from the first set btw. You want to be happy at the end of a 2 to 2 1/2 hour long appointment because of course you wanna be happy with the work and think that you just spent good time and money, so you may want to be polite like I was and say that "the sets were good/yes I'm happy" but in reality they're just really not and this is not the kind of place that is highly trained for lashes. I have found an amazing Borboleta trained artist who I am more than happy to recommend anyone who wants to send me a private message! If you can't send a private message through Google, you can find the same review on yelp and message me there and I will absolutely give you the information of the person I found who is highly trained. The lashes look amazing, naturally full and fluffy, and she applies them in a way that is so comfortable. Save your time and money and avoid Mallyna.

She really really really messed my eyebrows up. She really really really made my face look bad. My technician moved away and I don't have a backup so I went to where my technician was working and boy I'll tell you this was not a great idea. The salon it was empty. They're getting in a paintings on one of the technicians or maybe the owner,the price is fair. The establishment is clean but with all of those attributes be sure you are clear about what it is you are expecting.. I hope to find a new eyebrow technician soon

I had never let anyone touch my brows and I didn't even tweeze them myself. I've heard and seen horror stories of messing up your brows. Cristie is a magician! She knows how to shape your brows, lets you know what she's doing and makes sure you are happy before you leave her chair. She also offers jelly masks, which are great if you haven't gotten one before. On top of being AMAZING at what she does, she is the sweetest person. She genuinely cares about how you're doing and remembers details that show she's listening. I couldn't recommend her services enough to everyone I know!

I don't have anything too extravagant done to my brows, just a clean up and sometimes tinted. I have always preferred threading over waxing, I feel like it lasts longer, and the results look better. Shila's location on Rainbow is very convenient for me, especially being right by Massage Envy so I can have a self-care day :) I took off a star, for only a few reasons. One is the price increase. I get it, the way costs are right now a lot of places are. However, the very reasonable cost made Sheila's Eyebrows stand out more over the rest before. If you have an appointment, this should be prioritized over any walk-ins that come after you. Common sense right? Sometimes they are so busy they overlook who came in before who and don't even look at the sign-in sheet to see if you have an appointment. There was only one time I was disappointed with my eyebrows after having them threaded here. Just imagine your eyebrows cut short in half. I learned a lesson, find the girls that do a great job and stick with them. I also came a couple of months ago, and one of the girls was very rude.
