Sent him a cylinder for repair that was beyond fixable. He sent me a good overhauled one, I paid him for it and that was that. I received a note from him two months later along with a check saying he charged me for a core that he shouldn't have. Integrity is still out there, though harder to find. Joe is good people and will do whatever he can to get you back in the air for reasonable cost.
