We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. The only negative thing I can say is now I'm seriously considering when I can have him back to tackle my F-150!

Rich's car was billed my credit card on 9/2/2026. I have called several times and filled out their contact page several times as well. When you call you receive a pre-recorded message stating "the user's mailbox is not available at this time." When you fill our Rich's contact form, they don't call you back. Their car wash does a wonderful job cleaning your car but I am at a loss tying to get a refund for a car wash plan that I am not able to use.
