As the appointment date approached, I called and texted a couple of times to confirm but did not receive a response. When I called from a different number, my call was answered and I was told the service would still take place on May 15. I was also asked if evening service would be okay, and I agreed. Since I was going to be out of town, I offered to pay ahead of time, but I was told payment could be made after the work was completed. Unfortunately, May 15 came and went without any service being completed, and I did not receive a call or text regarding a cancellation, delay, or change in plans. At that point, I decided not to follow up further and instead chose to move on and use another provider. This review is not intended to criticize but simply to share my most recent experience so others can make informed decisions. My previous experiences were positive, but communication and reliability were disappointing this time.

Colin presented a few minutes early (after having texted a notification of his arrival time) and proceeded to climb the 30+ft to the roof. We watched as caked leaves and debris rained down from above, strategically thrown to avoid any of our numerous garden beds and planters. He was fast and thorough, cleaning up all of the debris from the roof...even blowing off the driveway, patio, and front walk! he was extremely professional, explaining what he found and recommendations for future cleanings. But something changed recently and the experience is not quite up to par. After getting our house, windows, and roof washed, we found our plants began showing signs of distress. Within 1-2 days, leaves started falling off and the plant began to shrivel. We brought this to Premier Property Services attention and they dismissed our concerns. They insisted their crew followed protocol and rinsed multiple times. And they said that plant damage from the cleansing agent would happen immediately (same day), to which we responded even RoundUp takes days to work. Totally understand collateral damage can happen, but the lack of ownership and immediate deflection was off putting. The house is sparkling and the crew did a great job cleaning, however, if you've invested a lot in your garden, beware. You may end up spending hundreds more replacing the plants they didn't protect.
