When I originally reach out to J&P painting I thought it was the same....boy was I wrong! Phillip showed up and I was impressed by how professional and friendly he was. He was straight to the point and after showing him all the trim and fixtures that had to be painted he simply replied "okay" as if it wasn't going to phase him. I showed him some areas that I needed him to fix to and again he simply said "okay". When we talked about cost, Philip was straight to the point. He said since I knew what paint I wanted he was only going to charge me for labor cost...when I saw the price (which was way below what I expected) I was floored. Immediately I was sold! When time came for the project, I sent a text. And after a few days he came out and got started. What surprised me was how quick he did the job. Overall it took him three days to do the project, minus the day of rain. He was only here about a few hours painting, and kept me posted through text messages and phone calls. He was quick and very clean. He even painted accent areas that I forgot to mention but it was like he knew it had to be done. We are very impressed at how professional, friendly, quick and clean he did the project. More important his services are really affordable! And he's local too! All pro painted my aluminum siding. It looked great at first but every time it rains the paint…read morebubbles up and there is water in the bubbles. When it is dry the bubbles mostly recede but the paint is still soft and I can peal it off with just my fingernail. Currently I am still arguing with them, but All pro has refused to repair anything but the small area of bubbling that remains when the house is dry even though I have sent them videos and pictures of the bubbling that occurs when it rains. They say it is normal for the paint to scratch off with just my fingernail. If that sounds normal to you, please hire them. If not, I would avoid.

I hired David Tile off a recommendation from a general contractor. The purpose was not to save…read moremoney but rather find someone honest and dependable. I had removed my microwave and replace it with a high end Range Hood. I wanted backsplash added in it place in and are 10 sq feet. I purchased the tile, grout. I hired David Tile to complete the job. They gave me an estimate for labor only and I agreed. The job was not completed correctly and they indicated they would come back in two days and clean the excess grout and cement along with fixing the pin holes in the grout which is normal. This would be their responsibilty based on the original scope of work. I also wanted the grout extended six inches lower. David Tile agreed to fix all the issues. This was November 2025. They continued to have excuse after excuse and cancel numerous appointments. They did not come back and clean the backsplash. I had to have someone come in and regrout what they did as well as extend the backsplash lower to my original plan. Their last appointment was set in February 12, 2026 at 2:45pm. I called and spoke with Angel and he indicated they had truck issues that morning and would not make it (They let me wait for them and I had to call them). David Tile then rescheduled for Sunday, February 15, 2026. On Sunday they did not call nor keep their appointment. I have to assume my job was too small and they had better things to do. I have learned over the years that a company is only as good as their work. I would not hire nor recommend David Tile. They fail to communicate or follow thru with the service they were paid to complete. SPANISH VERSION: Contraté a David Tile por recomendación de un contratista general. First, he put me off for 2 months saying he was fully booked. Then he said he was away on vacation and would call back the following week - but he didn't. Then, despite repeated phone calls (and texts) he refuses to call back. This is despite his own admission, via text, that these boards need replacement. Plus, don't have him build deck benches since the boards start warping 6 months after installation. Sam
