Also, her dear sister and mother are among her employees, and when any of these three came here, a great job was performed. However, when none of them were here, corners became cut. I addressed them as appropriate...however after a few times of such sloppiness in a row, we had had it. Do I recommend this company? In order to answer fairly, I'd preface it by stating "yes" if and ONLY if Jessica or her immediate family members as stated show up. However, of course, there's no guarantee. Since many of her maid brigade are very young women (early 20's mainly), I'd expect quite little. As many such young people, these girls are way too typical of Generation Z. Sigh!

I found Suzie Q's here on Yelp. It was easy to set up an appointment with them. When they came over, the ladies did a great job cleaning. Their price was fair and I was very satisfied with the service. I absolutely recommend Suzie Q's and would certainly use them again.

Terrible! We hired…read moreMolly Maid of St. Petersburg for several months, hoping for reliable recurring service. Unfortunately, the quality steadily declined despite multiple conversations with management about areas repeatedly being missed. The final cleaning was unacceptable. The crew was in our home for only about 1 hour and 15 minutes, yet they left kitchen counters covered in coffee stains and bread crumbs, the carpets were not vacuumed, and the house had not been dusted. We took photographs documenting everything they missed. When we contacted management, we requested a refund and asked to cancel our service. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality of the cleaning, they refused to refund the $189 we were charged and insisted on sending the same cleaners back. By that point, we had already hired another housekeeper because we had lost confidence in their ability to provide the service we were paying for. The biggest issue is the apparent lack of quality control. The cleaners seem to have little accountability, and there appears to be no meaningful supervision or inspection of their work. After multiple complaints over several months, nothing improved. Paying nearly $189 for a cleaning that left obvious dirt, crumbs, coffee stains, unvacuumed carpets, garbage overflowing, dirty sliding glass door, and undusted surfaces is unacceptable. This is, without question, the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this company. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
