Unfortunately, they did not complete the job they agreed to do. While they did clean a few things, such as the microwave and oven, major areas were completely missed. The floors were not cleaned, the baseboards were untouched, the windows were not cleaned, the shower was not cleaned, and 2 out of 3 toilets were not cleaned at all. For a service that was supposed to be a full house cleaning at that price, this level of work is unacceptable. I expected a thorough, move-out-level clean, but what I got was a very partial and incomplete job. When contacted to correct the mistake, the manager refused and said they would only clean what they agreed to do for additional cost. I had to arrange for additional cleaning afterward to make the house livable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Her tone was defiant when I asked her if she was willing to wear a mask. Since they kept me on the phone for so long asking questions, they were aware I was trying to find someone to clean my parents home. my two elderly parents are 80 years old. I cannot believe a grown woman thought she could come clean the house of two vulnerable people without a mask without gloves and didn't have any of that in the car. I hope this is not a reflection of the entire company, but I felt that particular worker had no respect for my family, safety or health. I want to support companies who are exercising common sense during this global pandemic. It turns out the woman who visited our home was actually the manager. I spoke with her at length about wearing masks and they do not wear masks unless requested. So, beware when trying to hire this company. If you want to stay healthy and safe this may not be the company for you. If they do not want to keep themselves safe then they certainly don't care about you! They may be "merry" but they are unsafe, unprofessional, ignorant and they are neglecting the advice of the CDC and the World Health Organization, emphasis on world. Hundreds of thousands of people have suffered and died. How many people have to DIE before we begin to take this pandemic seriously? A team of three of their ladies spent 3.5 hours polishing every corner of our place. When they got done it literally looked and smelled like a high-end hotel room. I was absolutely floored when I returned a few hours later. The oven never looked cleaner! The blinds look new! The baseboards, ceiling fans and all of the light fixtures were bright and clean. Didn't think much of it until I received a notification the next morning. $100 dollars was removed from my checking account by Miss Princess to her account. (my phone is dead and I have to get another as soon as I do I will try and upload the verification of this transaction). If you don't know the app it's hard to explain right now. Lucikly she thought was a dumb old white woman who didn't know any better but I am college educated with a master's degree in social work so I got a few good cells going on in my head. I'm no MENSA member but I do ok. She finally answered my call after calling constantly. She denied of course that she didn't know how it happened especially when she knew I ALWAYS paid them in cash and had the DAY BEFORE, so there was no need for any other transfer of funds, the woman stole $100 dollars from me, luckily she gave it back so I didn't press charges. I take responsibility for not securing my account information she found, apparently. I trusted too much because I worked with the man's mother at a Scotland County agency. I respected her she was an employee for well over 30 years. As parents we hope our children learn right from wrong, but i heard from his aunt that lives in my apartment complex So it was my fault for letting my guard down, but if you need help cleaning they don't do the deep clean if you need it. They may do better for higher-paying jobs but I couldn't afford them much. They didn't move my furniture to clean. Please don't use them if you don't want to be robbed of items or funds. I am giving you a word to the wise!!! if you use them and get robbed and didn't take this review to heart too bad!!!!!!!! don't say you weren't warned!!!!
