Unfortunately, they did not complete the job they agreed to do. While they did clean a few things, such as the microwave and oven, major areas were completely missed. The floors were not cleaned, the baseboards were untouched, the windows were not cleaned, the shower was not cleaned, and 2 out of 3 toilets were not cleaned at all. For a service that was supposed to be a full house cleaning at that price, this level of work is unacceptable. I expected a thorough, move-out-level clean, but what I got was a very partial and incomplete job. When contacted to correct the mistake, the manager refused and said they would only clean what they agreed to do for additional cost. I had to arrange for additional cleaning afterward to make the house livable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I cannot believe a grown woman thought she could come clean the house of two vulnerable people without a mask without gloves and didn't have any of that in the car. I want to support companies who are exercising common sense during this global pandemic. It turns out the woman who visited our home was actually the manager. I spoke with her at length about wearing masks and they do not wear masks unless requested. So, beware when trying to hire this company. If you want to stay healthy and safe this may not be the company for you. If they do not want to keep themselves safe then they certainly don't care about you! A team of three of their ladies spent 3.5 hours polishing every corner of our place. When they got done it literally looked and smelled like a high-end hotel room.
