The inspector walked the entire house with me after the official inspection and i was shown not only the 2 issues mentioned above, but i was also educated on how to resolve the deficiencies. more importantly, the inspector gave me peace of mind after he cleared my initial area of concern (water heater). Turns out everything is running fine!! Clm inspections utilizes high tech equipment and drones to make sure your house is in tip top shape. I'm sharing this simply as a heads-up before anyone hires Westchase Window Cleaning. They ruined…read moreour windows and advertised as fully insured when they were not. We hired Westchase Window Cleaning to clean the windows in our home. After their second visit, we discovered hundreds of scratches on every downstairs window, inside and out. Some scratches are deep enough to feel with a fingernail, and many run across large panes of glass. Our home is only 14 years old, and no one has ever touched these windows except this company. They have only serviced our home twice. My husband has decades of experience in the home building industry. We met with the owner in person to review the damage, but he refused to take responsibility, claiming the scratches were caused by a razor, despite industry knowledge showing scratches can occur from worn squeegees, debris in the water, or improper cleaning techniques. We consulted with both the company that installed our windows and professionals regarding glass restoration. We were told restoration was not a viable option, while replacing them would be in the tens of thousands of dollars given the number of windows that were damaged. In addition, we had our attorney contact the company and learned that while he had been advertising his business as "fully insured", he is NOT. Since the call from our attorney, he has removed "fully insured" from his website. We cannot recommend this company for window cleaning based on our experience. Photos are attached to show the condition of the windows following their service. Unfortunately they still don't fully capture how visible the scratches are, or the full extent of the damage. Sunlight and times of day make it difficult to capture good images. Also photos of their revised website.

It took them about an hour and a half, and the pricing was great! They raised the canopy and thinned out my live oak. This tree is over 22 years old, and hasn't been maintained. It looks perfect now, and I'm getting the desired sunshine to my lawn. On the other side I'd my yard, they removed a dying ash and stump grinded. It doesn't even look like it was there! Best job I've ever seen with a tree removal! The last item was trimming another ash tree that was headed towards my driveway. The yard looks so bright and renewed now!
