Keep in mind this car is a 15,000 mile, garage kept vehicle of a retired person who does not go to work each day and let it be exposed to the elements. The car was pristine. So I thought this would be a good time to lay down some ceramic coating. Bottom line..and what I'm most upset about is..I was charged 400 dollars for a SPRAY ON ceramic coating. Wait what you say, a SPRAY ON CERAMIC COATING. Four Hundred Bucks to spray something on my car? Washing it would be more labor intensive than spraying anything on the car. I feel that should have been disclosed in earlier discussions and felt taken advantage of as a result. Also, at the last second I realized He didn't return my key and as I went out the door to catch them, they were heading out my driveway with my key. I had to flag them down to get it back. I did not see the ceramic coating go on but everytime I looked out They were talking to each other not working on the car. Overall, I was not impressed by any professionalism and the lack of disclosure for what I was paying for, and lastly making we wait a week to come out and finish the job on the windows. They had a cream puff of a car to easily look like heros on and only scored a zero in my book. I really was hoping to establish a long term relationship with a Detailing Company that had their stuff together. This one didn't on that day.

Had a flat tire on my car and called State Farm for roadside assistance. I called State Farm once again and within two minutes I received a notification from Delarms Auto Body they will be here within 10 minutes. In less than 10 minutes the truck pulls up and the gentleman was able to change my tire and put my spare on. Without their help there was no way that tire was coming off the car. He had to use a four-way wrench with a pipe extension to put enough force to get the Lugnuts off the vehicle.
