When selecting vacuum its a game of chance if vacuum works or not, causing customers to back out and seek a working vacuum, causing confusion and poor flow of traffic, along with poor service and inconvenience to the customer. It would help if the vacuums were marked to be seen out of order by facility staff to void inconvenience, confusion and risk of accident. The average of vacuums out of service are over half of them on any given day. Last week I sent an email to the Hoffman customer care to notify them of my concern listed above. A day later I received a reply that they would reach out to the location and check vacuums. Yesterday, 1 week later I returned for the drive thru carwash to find vacuum area in same condition. Customers now have been leaving hoses on ground for no working units. The vacuum I pulled up to did not work, I did notice an employee emptying the trash hanging up the hoses to broken vacuums. You think they would be marked out of order? NO! Let me describe why you should not go here and spend money for wash else where: 1. Price for wash does not match what you should receive, they don't even re-spray you car anymore to loosen mud or heavy soil. 2. They try to bunch cars up bumper to bumper without much space which in turn may cause damage/collision if leading vehicle hits brake and comes off track. 3. Over half of the vacuums are always out of service causing customer inconvenience and risk. 4. Exiting their drive way has potholes that collect water. Leaving there property only gets you dirty water splashed on your clean car which you just paid to have washed. I give ZERO star! Avoid this place and when business starts to decline maybe they will be appreciative of the consumer and keep the facility in good repair.

There were still bugs on my bumper which I managed to scrape off with a towel - doesn't say much for the attendant scrubbing my car. The dryers at the end of the wash are useless - they're pushing you out the door before the air has time to blast the excess water off your car. The price points are a bit high in my opinion.

I read the reviews before I went and it looked good, though I did bring quarters instead of using my credit card as recommended. I am now regretting that as of the two loads, one of them got an error message about not being able to fill with water. I tried reaching out to the company for a refund through their online contact form, though haven't heard back. The listed phone number goes immediately to a voicemail that has not been set up. Any suggestions? I really want to feel good about using this place again. UPDATE--Helpful hint. If you need to reach the manager you can call the number on the webpage and even though you can't leave a message he will see it as a missed call on his cell phone, and in my case, called me back. He says he will refund the amount of the wash when I tell him the number of the card I am going to buy at the location.

Now, I've been in here before - several times when it was JGW laundromat, but unknowledgeable the reason why the name change, I couldn't think of a better time to write this review (which I thought I had written before for here under the Car Wash section under the same business name) and came here today to discuss today's experience. I've never been too fond of this laundromat - now with social distancing in place. The temperatures in the place are never honest, there's never an air conditioner in sight, nor heat that ever works properly. The place is in shambles - the floor is cracked in spots and has seen better days, and although the owner has replaced all the machines with more technologically-advanced machines (offering contactless forms and certain laundromat-only cards), nothing seems to work properly. The dryers are sometimes warm and sometimes not so much, and the washers often don't like to wash if the door isn't "set" just right. There's signs everywhere to alert to some key machine issues, but not even the chairs are somewhat decent - seeing better days more towards the early 21st century. Now, today I found out they have free wi-fi, but due to good cell connection I have to try it out here. In the past, I've tried their car washes with trouble too. However, it's been a bit longer since the last one and I don't stop for this car wash often (found a better one in Kingston). I don't think I'll be back for the car wash and am amazed that you aren't offering contactless card washes here. But know I'll need to get back to this soon. Throughout all the changes, I always seem to grasp an issue this place has. There's nobody "tending the cattle here" checking on the place and keeping abreast of the moods. And what about the move you made bringing the folding tables to the add-on room within the last few months that once housed a dry cleaner in the 1980s? What's up? Poor decisions here. There rarely problems, but why don't you peak your head in to check up on things?

The only issue is that overhead dryer will mostly get the job done- just don't expect anyone at the end of the tunnel drying your car and leaving it bone-dry. He gave her a hard time for not staying in line in her car, guess sitting in a car for 2.5 hours wasn't acceptable to him. I myself am a double amputee and had a hard time sitting in the same position for that length of time. Yes signs are clearly posted to stay in your car....I get it. But 2.5 hours is unacceptable. Kid needs to spend less time on his phone and pay more attention to the customers. He should be apologizing and not scolding, specifically the elderly.
