Extremely dishonest and misleading experience. They advertise $20/sq ft all-inclusive, but after wasting your time, they suddenly claim that materials aren't included -- a critical detail that's never mentioned upfront. That's false advertising.
I had a 3ft x 24ft countertop, which, based on their ad, should've cost around $1,440. After several back-and-forth conversations, they quoted me $4,500 -- more than three times the advertised rate. Absolutely deceptive.
To make matters worse, communication was unprofessional and frustrating. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they asked, "Is the word 'materials' included in the ad?" As if the absence of the word somehow justifies excluding such a major component. Let's be clear -- not mentioning it doesn't mean it's not included, especially when the ad claims to be "all-inclusive."
