So I called them out to take a look under the home to make sure that everything was good. They found that there were a couple of issues and they fixed them the same day. I felt that they were really fair on pricing and they were fast which helped us to move back in fast.

water and sewer leak under house. first estimate 15,000 dollars. after explaining i would not pay…read morethat the estimate came down to 4,800. charged me over 4000. just to dig the hole to get under my house. they lead me to believe the dig would take all day. explaining how they would take a lunch break. the dig took 3 hours. which means i paid over 1000 an hour to dig a hole. when i complained i was told they charge by the foot not the hour to dig a hole. the hole was 3 ft deep. i dont care if they charge by the ft our mile. they were here 3 hours costing me over 1000 an hour to dig a hole. taking advantage of me being a senior citizen. i ask for some of my money back . he offered 200. Shameful
