I love Ship on Site. They are in the Stonybrook Shopping Center off of Wake Union Church Rd. The staff is very friendly and helpful here. I like that you can mail USPS, UPS and FedEx, so if you have multiple items, you can bring them to one location. Besides shipping, they offer mailbox rentals and printing, copying, and shredding services. They also have a notary and take passport photos. I believe they will also package items to mail for a fee. One side of the building is a gift shop with some unique gifts. If you are looking for a location to ship items or need other services, this is the place to go. read more

Choose your preferred/required shipper - UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc. - Ship On Site does them all, with one-to-one friendliness, excellent and unique items for gifting or elevating your postal experience, and no extreme cost difference from going to a Fed Ex or UPS Store - but a whole lot more charm, selection and shopability. For those of us who are Amazonites, if you time it right, free packaging and shipping with tracking receipt provided @ your local office store that starts with an "S" is kind of unbeatable, but as more folks discover it, the lines are getting longer and harder to time. We've used Ship On Site for personal shipping overseas, national work shipping that requires high efficiency and speed, and yes - Amazon returns. It's conveniently located right off Capital on Wake Union Church Rd, with access that enables easy off-and-on Capital Blvd via easy-access and egress through the strip center with Big Lots and an Ace Hardware to which it is adjacent. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and it has a connected gift shop that has super cool unique cards and related items. Check it out, definitely worth your time. Convenient location and pleasant staff to drop off all your Fedex and UPS return packages

I needed to return-ship three packages, two for Fedex and one for UPS. Ship on Site took all three packages which made it super convenient so I didn't have to go to two different locations. Not only were they an easy all-in-one trip, they were also very friendly and extremely quick. I literally walked right up to the counter and was out in less than a minute, no exaggeration. It took longer for me to correctly park within the lines than it was to drop off the packages. Highly recommend coming here for a one-stop trip! read more

I purchased an item at a local auction house got charged a shipping cost for 5 small glasses of $71+ from NC to TX. This shipping charge is way too excessive and I had no opportunity to reject this charge or discuss it. I could seriously almost drive there for about that price. The box they used was way too big for the items and, yes, I know they are wrapped separately and need space on the sides but this was overkill. They should notify someone of the charges before running a card and I certainly was not notified. read more

I have used this business for shipping and to purchase great gifts in the past. However, today I had an emergency and need to scan a document ASAP. I was on deadline and my hands were shaking. Since I was in a hurry, I went to Staples as I KNEW they had scanning services. However, there was a line of people and those working the copying services refused to help me. I thought there was a chance that Ship-On-Site had office services so I went there. Not only where they willing to drop everything and help me, they did so happily and understood I was distressed. They were calming and made sure I got what I needed. EVERY time I have utilized their services, I have walked away feeling more than satisfied. So, if you live in Wake Forest and you need office services, ditch the big box store and make a visit to Ship-On-Site which is located next to Los Tres Magueyes near the old Food Lion. read more

Disappointing & Expensive!!! Went to their store on Monday, knowing the US Post Office was closed on Monday, 10/8/18 for Columbus Day. Told the gentleman assisting me that I was shipping home-baked cookies to my son who lives in Alabama for his birthday. He quoted me $17.09 for what I believed he said was for UPS. When I called the store on Wednesday, 10/10/18 to check the status of the shipment (after checking with my son & he had not rec'd a package yet) I had to wait for a call back. I spoke with Kathy (Store Owner), who told me the shipment would not be delivered until Thursday. As it turned out, the package was shipped USPS not UPS. I told her that I knew the post office was closed and that is why I came to them for an alternative shipping method. Ridiculous, I provided the box, all they had to do was slap a label on it and mark it fragile (which I requested, whether it happened or not is unknown to me) to be charged $17.09 for a gift to my son which he finally received TODAY. Kathy was apologetic, said she would talk to the guy to be more clear and offered me a discount on my next shipment --- NOT GOING TO USE THEM ever again. Dude working was sketchy. Charged me $1 for a piece of tape to close my package. I didn't have cash and he told me to 'go check your car'. I wasn't checking my car. He eventually ran my card for $5 and gave me change; two singles and two dollars in quarters. And wasn't going to tape my box with me there until I told him to. He put my open box on the side and started helping the next customer, telling me to have a nice day. Made me feel like he was going to go through my box. read more
