I walked in with a UPS label I was unable to print and asked the guy behind the counter if I could text it to him to print. He took my phone and printed the PRE-PAID label and said that will be $8.78. I asked him why if it was a pre paid label...He said "I have to make money too." That's all well and good, I said, but you should have told me beforehand. I said I will find someone to print it for me. He said I should have asked...Seriously?! There is absolutely no reason to give a star to this place. Horrible service and people. As a direct example, they did not send packages to the right address, then made it out my fault while over talking me and raising their voices to me. When the packages arrived, all the boxes were not packed well and were damaged, and a small monitor/TV was completely broken. When approaching them about filing a claim, they actual told me it's a lesson as I should pack things myself in the future. Yes...a direct quote. Scammers! They said they are able to print labels from a digital file. Okay, great. He did not disclose he would charge for printing the label for a pre-paid return. He charged me $8.78. I paid because I wasn't sure if it was part of the return. When I called the company the return went to and asked about the fee, they said, "No, the shipper should never charge on a prepaid return". When I called the Ship Shop to ask him about the fee...and asked about printing the label, the Ship Shop owner said, "I have to keep the lights on...". So, $8.78 to print a prepaid label with no disclosure he was charging me that random amount just to print a label. This shop is just fishy. Who knows what else they do? If I could give absolutely no stars and a minus review...I would. Take your business somewhere else...I sure will. read more

Nope. Don't recommend. Definitely take your business elsewhere It's a flippin joke and a community shame. $8.50 to print a 2 page PDF. Completely took advantage of my Mother. She didn't understand and should have never paid. I said to him (in a phone call) "it's 2021, why does it cost this price?, Why the $7.50 charge in addition to the $1.00 charge for prints?" I was told that "it's the year 2021 and everyone should own their own printer and that was the cost it took him to work the "machine"." I asked "what machine?!" Turns out the "machine" is a regular old computer in which he received the file (email) from and hit print. I could give more details, fudge this place over and over. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had prepaid labels ready from UPS and they still charged me $30.00 just to tape up 5 boxes. I would've just bought tape for like $5 at most and sealed the boxes up myself, but I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to. The employees were very rude about it and had no sense of professionalism. From now on, I'll drive to Morristown or Knoxville for UPS before I ever do business with The Ship Shop again. read more

I am from out of town and I needed some documents printed off from my email and the library was closed. I called them am they were closing, but the person waited for me and I forwarded the email to her and she printed the documents I needed.
