He is a master Navajo silversmith who has been making jewelry since the 1970s; winning numerous awards, including a Lifetime Achievement award from the Indian Arts and Crafts Association (IACA), an honor that brings well-deserved recognition to this fine American Indian artist. Tsinnie can be considered a perfectionist due to his tremendous craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work. By constructing his jewelry with the highest quality stones and materials, the overall results are quite stunning! I was first introduced to Tsinnie's fine craftsmanship approximately a year ago, when my eyes gazed upon a c.1995 stylish heavy-gauge silver bracelet. Immediately thereafter, I became a loyal fan of his beautifully handcrafted work and had to obtain a few of his unique designs. Tsinnie was personally contracted to re-design a Kingman cuff that I purchased as a holiday present that would not properly fit onto my boyfriend's giant wrist. Without being knowledgeable about bracelet gap openings, the original bracelet was impossible to fit around his wrist. The original bracelet was ravishing and would have been such a disappointment to not be able to properly display and wear. Tsinnie's designs are handmade, which takes time to produce the quality of craftsmanship; but every day worth the wait was well worth it. The finished re-design was an absolutely stunning masterpiece! If you are interested in superb quality, craftsmanship and superior customer service; I highly recommend contacting Orville Tsinnie! Very disappointed!…read more Took my stained glass to Wall-art 3/16/2022 for "professional" framing; It is a special memorial piece for a dear friend who lost her mother. I was assured by Kassidy that she would do justice to my piece and that it would take about 1 1/2 weeks to complete. I called 3/28 and was told by Kassidy that she was still waiting for my frame. On 4/5/2022 I again called to inquire about my piece and was told the "frame was out for delivery but her driver had covid and wouldn't let anyone else deliver for him" (really?). She then told me that she had another frame very similar to the frame I had ordered and that they could build me a frame from the "extra material" and she'd install it as we had discussed. I agreed to that because she assured me it was in fact close to what I had initially ordered. I received the piece 4/7 and noted several issues immediately. #1 The colors on the front and the back were drastically different from each other (initially we had discussed her staining the back of the frame and that she'd "get as close as she could" in color to the front...clearly they are nowhere close to matching, see pics). #2 There is a broken edge to a posterior corner of the frame. #3 The silicone to secure the piece into the frame was very poorly and unprofessionally done (an attempt at smoothing the bead of clearly visible silicone would have been nice). I think the pictures taken speak for themselves...hardly worthy of the $210+ charged for the "professional" frame and installation. When I called to discuss the issues I was at first assured all would be made right. After taking the piece back and waiting 2 weeks with ZERO contact, today I was told that they could do nothing to rectify the situation. No refund, "it's a custom frame" (mind you this is NOT the frame I initially ordered). As the issue was pressed they did say they could remove my glass piece, "clean it up" (remove silicone), they could then order MY frame, the one I initially wanted.....but wait, I was told it was "out for delivery and their driver had covid" (so where is that frame?), and then they would give me that frame and my piece and I could install it myself........ Well, if you want something done right.....you either do it yourself OR you take your business elsewhere and get it done RIGHT! Which is EXACTLY what I'll do in the future!

The owners provider exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to help customers. They also offer layaway options. The store is decent sized. So much to see and try. I was so touched that the owner was so patient with my family and my toddler. They have toys to entertain toddlers. I felt at home in their store and highly recommend this place. I now have a new set of wedding rings since my former ones are too small due to my rheumatoid arthritis. Very clean and organized store. It's a must see in town! In addition they also sell spin rings in which you can wear and rotate it for those that constantly have anxiety and need a piece of jewelry for comfort.

My fiancée and I have been ordering their shirts online for the last few years. We love to sport our hustle kindness gear! My fiancée is from Farmington, NM and mentioned to me that the store front for Hustle Kindness was located there. I was like, "Whhhaaatt???!!!" I told her next time we go visit your family in NM we have to stop by Hustle Kindness to check it out. And we finally did that today! :) They have some much cool stuff here, they have a plethora of clothing gear such as shirts, long sleeve, hats, hoodies, and much more. We bought a few shirt for us and our kids, and I also got a cool snap back hat. My favorite thing about the Hustle Kindness Brand is their cause! They are really doing a lot of good things in the world, and I am all about that!
