If I could give leave multiple negative stars I would. They lied and mislead me into thinking I couldn't get full coverage on my vehicle...state farm did it. I called to cancel and the lady gave me the run around and when I was informed it would be 50 dollars to cancel I asked to speak to someone else because that's not right and she put me on hold to go to the "agency" came back and gave me another name then I called her out on being the same chick and she still said that was what I'd owe. I hang up and go to the chats and when I say fine I'll pay that they cancel my plan then I go back to chat because I was going to see when it would come out and they changed it to 105 because they said I cancelled midterm so before NEXT YEAR. Absolute worrrstt company. Worst agents. They have nobody over them. They lie. They will give you bare minimum and not disclose that. It's a shit shoe 100%. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere.....anywhere else. I'd loovvve to leave the screen shots I have here for their lies I do have them and I'll leave them elsewhere trust me I'm going to all platforms...every single one possible. Worst experience worst place liieesss so hard they can't even keep up with them. Pathetic is a nice word for this place. Date of experience: March 28,2025
