I brought in an item for embroidery 2 weeks before I needed it. The guy at the front desk told me to email the logo to their business email. I did so. The following week I called to arrange a pick up and the manager expressed frustration that I hadn't emailed the logo. I provided a copy of the original email and the manager replied, "oh, that email no longer works". The original employee gave me the email on their business card and I used it to send the logo, and now that email does not work? No apology, no followup, no offer to rush the job. Last week Shirts & More agreed to help me with creating yard-signs honoring healthcare workers and also, homeschooling caregivers.
