I called many times, leaving v-msgs and no call back. I called around June 19th, alerting him I'm ready and still didn't get a call back. I just placed an order with another company for about $2K worth of merchandise. They might be good once they "accept" you but trying to get a hold of them has been difficult beyond reason. I gave the faith we would get a courtesy or atleast special attention to see our order through. AND AGAIN, the order was missing a specific patch coloring that was ignored or missed on all items! On top of this we were charged 20% more than we were quoted in-store. * After reviewing with the manager, he blamed the loss of communication on us for not double checking the details after it was submitted over a month ago. Now we have to pay for the order all over again if we want the correct final product * A lot of babysitting with this company and staff, especially if you aren't a large client you'll be provided minimal customer service. ************************************************************** - Pricing 1/5 (charges premium pricing but doesn't provide premium service) - Customer Service 1/5 (no consistency from start to finish) - Quality of Services 4/5 (Good work, just no attention to detail) - Speed 3/5 (Average order time when submitted was 1-2 weeks) Overall I wouldn't recommend if you don't have more than 1,000 item order, even then you'll be taking a chance on accuracy and pricing increases.
