I gave them a call and asked if they could potentially have my order done in the time frame needed. They were a little nervous about the turnaround but much to my happiness, they were able to pull it off! I ordered a new cell phone and it was to be delivered on 9-26-25. Signature required. I wait all day and they NEVER came to the door. So I checked the website for an exception and there wasn't one, however it did say DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED, WILL ATTEMPT TONORROW. If you are going to work for a delivery service you should at least be honest. This location is very convenient and always user friendly. I utilize the print and go service option on a weekly basis for my offices. The quality of the printed documents is always consistent, and reasonably priced. Be mindful there is a price limit for self service projects to prevent potential theft. Manager narrowly avoided my calling the police to press charges on employee Benal for destruction of my personal property... I had been turned away from this location with a VERY securely Taped shoe box... Being told it HAD TO be reboxed... or securely wrapped, Or they wouldn't accept it... Seemed only interested in getting 7$ out of me .. for a new box or a plastic bag to wrap it with... So I had to return home, wrapped it VERY securely with thick brown shipping paper... & More layers of tape... Upon returning, (when they were next open), this joker assumes it was a shoe box & says they won't accept it! & Again focused on selling me a re-boxing... I couldn't believe it, & announced that was horrible service... & Would go elsewhere & never be back... He proceeded angrily say "here's why". & Hooked his thumb under a small corner without tape... & Violently rips the package apart!... Would have destroyed the label, if it hadn't been COMPLETELY covered in wide shipping tape! NEGATIVE infinite stars! Ship ANYWHERE ELSE! I'VE SHIPPED THOUSANDS OF PACKAGES & have NEVER dealt with anything like this before!! If manager hadn't stepped in immediately, when I announced he'd destroyed my personal property, without any permission, & I was taking pictures of the package & him... & Said he was going to"fix it"... I have been to this FedEx twice in the past week and am thoroughly impressed. Once for printing once for shipping. Both times the staff was friendly and helpful. While printing some stuff for our wedding invites we got good guidance and not only helped us get excellent prints but helped us save a bit bit by putting two smaller items on one print. Usually they said they are happy to cut the pages down but given that we'd have to wait we got a quick intro on the slide cutter and were able to get everything done in a night. With regards to shipping we showed up with a stack of boxes with only ten minutes to close. I would have totally understood if they had turned us away but instead they took care of us and stayed a couple minutes late to get everything done and save us a second trip. Very kind! The prices were as expected but with service like this it was worth every dollar. Thank you! read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. Not only was I OVERCHARGED based on a conversation I had with another FedEx, but I also received the worst service I have ever received. I get to the front of the line, and there is a bald bodybuilder gentleman whose clothing is way too tight; he is insulting. This is the second time he's been rude to me immediately. In the middle of helping me, he turns to his coworker to start talking about his upcoming break, stops helping me entirely. Then they begin to argue over who will use the microwave in front of the building line of customers. Then mid-transaction, the bald gentleman walks away to help other customers. Is this what you call customer service? The gentleman who took over had NO clue what he was doing. They told me it would cost me $60 for the cheapest shipping when FedEx quoted me 27.50. I paid the fee, then spent the next 15 minutes waiting for these employees to finish my simple transaction. I had my wife and toddler waiting in the car, and my wife called to ask what was taking so long. I was overcharged, dealt with rude employees and shameful service. This FedEx deserves to be bulldozed, and all the employees fired. I will never give them a dime ever again. read more

Taz was extremely helpful. I had three very large boxes for return to a retailer. The retailer failed to give me the correct return labels. Taz helped me figure out what to do and helped me print the correct return labels without having to make a trip home to do so. She has a fantastic attitude, very contagious smile. If I ever need to ship anything non-usps I'd use this location. Honestly shocked at how easy it was and helpful she is. Fed-Ex corporate....she's a very personable employee. read more

This is a shout out review to two great employee at this Fedex Office Print and Ship Center. So its not really like a more normal Yelp review. I was rushing around a bit today to drop off a Fedex package for delivery and I thought for sure I had missed the deadline for the last pickup especially when I got there and I had to wait in line behind another customer who was trying to do the same but i think was having trouble with her credit card being declined. I figured out I was a goner. No wasy was I ever going to make the delivery. The employee who was helping the customer in front of me quickly summoned this second employee to help me and he asked the pickup guy who had just arrived if he had time to wait to do my parcel too. They though it might be tight but very doable. What was amazing is that he was able to get the fedex label software thingy filled out correctly very quickly and even norticed that i had screwed up the zip code. I was shipping out of state but due to a brain disfunction on my part I had put in a local Everett zip code. we managed to get it corrected and I was able to get it picked up and the driver didn't have to wait either. But here is the real clincher which I am saving for last. It might have me just hallucinating or something but I swear the guy was a splitting image of Jordan Peele! read more

I rarely need overnight services, so I don't know the nomenclature or procedures. I come to FedEx because I trust the service. However, in a store that was dead except for me and one other customer, two employees struggled and rough handled a fragile large package for about ten minutes to deliver it outside to a customer. It took the employees a total of thirteen minutes to address my needs and then tell me they can't help me. The employees here need to have better training. read more

She was short with me with very simple questions and mailing process. After going through all the steps of giving her addresses, I just had it with her. I represent a national customer of FedEx Kinko's and attempted to print 500 color copies from this location utilizing our national discount. I've done this all the time at other FedEx Kinko's locations and have never been told what this Jeremy, The store manager of this location said. He questioned my integrity, looked our account up and saw 20-something account numbers, but said I would need to know the exact one digit by digit without him telling me the options. Otherwise he will not give me my discount. He was extremely rude and condescending. I'm done with location! They are down to only two machines for customer use. That is not enough. They've taken away the 'fax only' stations. I needed to send a multi-page fax, and all I could do was stand in a line for the two copy machines that are now the only places where a fax can be sent. I went to the counter and waited to ask if there was any way I could get a fax sent sooner. One employee finally dragged himself away from a conversation with two co-workers to come over to help me. He was so RUDE! Rude, rude, rude! So sorry a customer interrupted your personal conversation. (Hey dude, you also need to keep your mask up when talking with customers.) He said he guessed he could send it for me from the employee area, but he wasn't supposed to. Then he told me that the cost for him to do it would be something like $2.79 per page. WTF? I left and went to the Fred Meyer store a mile away, where the cost was 99 cents per page and the worker was nice. Too bad the Office Depot across the street closed. 10 min ago I went and picked up a package from here and this woman, brunette, short hair, short lady, well not a lady because she was pretty rude but anyway, (unfortunately didn't look at her name tag because I was really bothered) didn't even acknowledge my presence, there was a woman and a man on the other side of the counter, very polite, when I picked up my pack from this rude woman, like I said, didn't even acknowledge my presence at all, brought it back and went through the process, said thank you to her and she didn't even respond, if you hate your job then find another one!! I was really disappointed with the service provided at the fed ex today. I did receive a great phone call letting me know my package arrived. I went in immediately to pick it up. When I arrived there were about four others waiting to be serve and two associates at the front already helping people. Four more people including myself came in waiting to be helped. There was a lady in the back sitting in her office with a window, came out, saw the line and walked back into her office. It wasn't until one of the swamped associates walked to the back and asked her to come out and help. I was able to pick up my package but it was just shocking that it took her to be asked to come and help. Either this place needs to hire more part time employees which I know a job would be lovely for many, or they need to step up their game and know their systems more to help people and move on to the next faster. read more

Staff seems good. Faxing is ok. Printing seems ok if you are doing it from a flash drive. DONT USE THE COMPUTERS!!!! Total ripoff!!! Mediocre internet connection. Configured so it's difficult to batch print...can:t select multiple files right click and print....WTF!!!!! No print job queing. Cost me about 30 to print 10 2 to 3 page files......crazy prices and I know Windows.... Can't print attachments directly from browser based email.....it's blocked!!!! Would have been cheaper to buy print cartridges!!!!! Totally messed up configuration!! Not user friendly config at all. Guess they must be trying to discourage workstation use..... Last time I was there I left because they only had two working!!!!! read more

My first time using FedEx for printing a banner and some 12" x 16" pictures. 100% satisfied. I was under a time crunch as I had only 3 days to prepare for a meet-and-greet at a local bank that I needed a banner and framed pictures. I called the store up, described what I was hoping to get, and Ken walked me through it and made recommendations based on my needs. He then gave me an email to send over my files (pdf and jpeg's), and I described what we had talked about. Jen got back to me almost instantly. She confirmed everything and said they would be ready to be picked up the next day at noon. I got a voicemail at around 9am the next morning saying they were ready. Got there around 10:30, and as other reviews had said, I had to wait a few minutes while they were helping others. Fine with me, I checked out some of the business books they had for sale. Ken was there and went through the banner and pictures with me, and everything was beyond what I hoped for. High quality and looks exactly how they were described. Will definitely be using them again. read more

Spent a few hours here today making hundreds of copies. It was simple enough to use the self service copiers and there's nice instructions on top of the machines and in the kiosk to get you started. The stations have office supplies available to use and enough space if you have a larger task to do. The only issue I had was that there are only two standard copier stations, and as I was there a while some other customers were forced to wait for the other to be free. read more

I brought a pint job to this location to be spiral bound. It is a job that I have had done previously and takes about 10 minutes. I agreed to give them the day to finish it, although I worked with "Johnny, the Assistant Manager. I was assured that it would be done much earlier than the 6pm deadline.. They did not call. I went back to the store at 6pm and they had not even started the job. They had 6-1/2 hours to do a 10-minute job, but I was told that they had been busy. It is unfathomable to think that they didn't have 10 minutes in that entire 6-1/2 hour window to complete the work. Then, there was no "I'm sorry", or "I apologize," or anything. It was just "how do you want to pay for this." I will NEVER go back to that store and I would suggest that other customers avoid this store also. read more

I have been going to the same kinkos for years, getting water slide decals printed. Today the lady behind the counter said she cannot do them, she didn't think the paper would go thru the machine and refused to try it even after I explained how to do it. I went across the street to Office Depot, who will be getting all my printing services in the future, and the kid behind the counter printed it and I was out the door in 2 minutes.
