Dr. Kolozsi's office ignored my health concerns, dismissed my symptoms and performed no medical exam. I walked out. They've ignored my complaints, offered no apology or even acknowledged my existence since, they have completely blown me and my family off like we're trash and refuse accountability. We've been patients for over a decade. They completely ignore us, don't respond to complaints and treat me and my family with complete disrespect. Now after two months of silence they have the audacity to send me a bill for the appointment that never happened. These people are completely classless and unprofessional, uncaring and incompetent. Run away from Dr' Kolozsi's for the sake of your family and your own health. They only care about your money. Lawsuit next:

However, there are no "After visit summaries." So one can not check and review what was discussed , directions to follow , test results etc . You can request them however, that happens at your next visit. The staff are not up front with what they are doing. If you say no to a procedure, they take steps to do what they see fit. They claim to don't have the ability to cover pain issues. SO heaven forbid you have a severe reaction with intense pain and your abort a said procedure. You then become NON COMPLIANT! And heavens you are in pain, and not very social able etc ... YOU ARE THEN UNFRIENDLY! Oh and when you get a "REVIEW" .. don't be surprised if its totally on you as if you are being written up for "bad behavior" and such. Lab test are told to you, even when asked for a print out, you probably won't physically see your test results. Plus there is no online portal either to get this said info. So use caution, ask questions and advocate for yourself no matter where you choose to get care at ..

Told them I was not comfortable doing a non essential doctor visit during pandemic. Went in November for flu shot, told me they would not give me one unless I had the initial consultation. Explained that I wasn't going to pay $100 deductible for a flu shot for a non essential office visit that was free to me thru insurance. Went to Walgreens and received flu shot no problem. Fast forward to June 2021 and I called to set up the initial consultation and annual physical. Was told I was "fired" as a patient since I refused to visit during pandemic. Probably for the best as their facilities are very old, musty smelling, and very rude staff. You can tell much from how employees interact with customers how well a company is run, and this place is horrible.

I had to wait 45 min past my…read moreappointment time to be seen by dr., I forgot my cell phone at home, so I had to ask to use office phone to let my husband know that I will not be on time to feed our baby, nurses made huge stink about it. Front desk person dialed wrong number twice and made me look like an idiot as I didn't know my husband's number. When I asked third time to dial myself, they act like I asked them to give me their kidney ???!!!! Finally I managed to get a hold of my husband. By the time I got therapy (I needed breathing treatment) I had to wait for nurse another 20 min. 15min visit end up being almost 2h visit. As a result of me complaining about wait time, I got letter that my family is not welcome to their office anymore???? Seriously??? I get the worst possible customer service, and I am the bad guy??? Do I have any rights as a patient or just obligations? Not to mention that I got charged double visit on my wellness visit since I express some concern about my health??? I just said that I feel tired lately, so he run thyroid test and charged me additional $150 for dr visit, without informing me about extra charge????
