She's so responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. We have our auto policies and homeowner policies (including umbrella) with them and have never had any issues. They make sure to check in with us at least annually to make sure everything is up to date and tailored to our needs. They're also great at calling and communicating any prices increases or coverage issues. I've never felt blindsided or caught off guard with any issues which is wonderful. We usually do everything via phone calls, emails and text but today we finally went in person for an appointment to get some life insurance policies set up since we're getting older (waaaaahhhh lol). It was so awesome to get to meet Krystal and Julie in person - they're fantastic and we had a great visit! There have been a lot of insurance changes for California residents over the past year and thanks to Julie and Krystal's diligence and devotion we've been able to keep our policies without issue. The prices have gone up quite a bit but we feel that Julie's State Farm office is the most reliable we'd ever get. Since I was new to the whole insurance thing I thought it was going to be a difficult process. Meeting with Christine at first I was super nervous, but she was so inviting with her smile and positivity that I felt more relaxed. I asked her a bunch a questions and she answered all in a way I could easily understand. I was so happy when I first came in that anytime I needed help with other things I went to her office and talked to her immediately. I know I can easily email her to get what I need but I personally enjoy talking to her! Anytime I need somthing she is always there for me!
