Jion took his time by explaining and making me understand what I'm insured for. He told me to down load the app for Allstate so I can see my contracts/documents and if need to show proof of my insurance. Everything is correct and what I signed for. Not like AAA. They just wanted accounts and not explain what I have and covered. Allstate is way different. Jion has Great customer service skills and made me feel I can trust him. I was dragging getting my own auto insurance for some time after moving from another state, but they helped me to find the most affordable auto insurance policy for the coverages I was looking for. I was able to drive away with the policy right after the meeting. Then a few months later, I reached out again to add the renter's insurance.
