Thank you to Jion.. Jion is my Account Manager. He is so professional and gives the best service. I used to be with Triple AAA and switched to Allstate because of him. Jion took his time by explaining and making me understand what I'm insured for. He told me to down load the app for Allstate so I can see my contracts/documents and if need to show proof of my insurance. Everything is correct and what I signed for. Not like AAA. They just wanted accounts and not explain what I have and covered. Allstate is way different. Jion has Great customer service skills and made me feel I can trust him.
