THEY NEED TO BRING LORI BACK. I will be contacting the corporate office about the letting go of Lori. Rumors go around and they are all lies. Lori was the best. I might be a petition started. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.

The only reason I was in line too long was because Cindy the woman at the front, guessing she's a manager. Cindy decided to take one of the other cashiers off the register when the lines were long and needed that extra help. I ended up moving lines and then Cindy decided to cut in front of me to help another cashier. The words excuse me never came out of Cindy's mouth. Very unprofessional.
