It's not a bad thing but you will have to talk to numerous sales people just to look. I say numerous bc when one walksaway, another walks up lol. My salesman didn't really consider any of the color options I wanted but that's probably bc thry didn't have any if the type of shoe I needed, per gait analysis. The analysis was pretty neat. They video your gait and how your feet hit the ground when walking or running. I never would have selected the shoe this analysis suggested, but I am actually very happy with the shoes. They are comfortable and the salesperson convinced me to purchase inserts amd very well worth it. They were a little pricier there and I could have found the shoe for less online but I wanted to shop and support local business bc I also know this company does alot for it's local community in various ways.

I also like that they have a few food places to choose from. It is not like your typical larger mall, but it will still look good enough variety to get a snack, they also had several vending machines and drink machines throughout the outdoor walking area. I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. I was so self-conscious and the last thing I wanted to do at this time was try on clothes. I told the girls working what was going on, and they ALL jumped in to help suggest styles and sizes, then encouraged me as I was trying on. On top of being encouraging, they were also honest in helping me find the right fit. They took an experience I was really dreading and helped to make me feel my best in a time when I wasn't myself.
