Have not been to this store in person, have only ordered online. Have ordered quite a few shoes in…read morethe last year which was going good. Enjoyed being able to grab a shoe at a great price. Grabbed the Jordan 6 infrared salesman the weekend they dropped. Once I received the shoes, inspected them and noticed that there were some scuff marks on one of the shoes and what looked like some dirt on the heel of the shoe. This tells me the shoe was either used or taken out of the box and dropped or somehow scratched against something. I emailed Grinmore customer service telling them about the situation and if there's anything that can be done. Was honestly looking for an exchange since they still had my size available for a while. The only response I received was that the damage was a manufacturing issues and that the shoes were never taken out of the box. Have sent multiple emails with continuous asking if they can do something about the issue. Can't exchange them now that the size is sold out. It's just frustrating when you order a brand new pair of shoes that have just dropped and receiving a pair that has some damage. I get that I will wear the shoes at the end, but that's like someone taking a bite out of your burger or pizza you just ordered, you're still going to eat it right? So I guess I'm just trying to give my recent experience with the retail shop. Hopefully management will see this review and make changes to the way their representatives answer emails. Hoping NIKE will do something for me in this situation because I know I'm just another customer, so GRINMORE won't care if it loses me as a customer. Just be careful buying from smaller retail stores unless you go to the store front. That's why JD Sports, Footlocker, and similar retailers should be the first in line to make purchases since they have the return options through the app or website.

We stopped in here and I was blown away by how much apparel, hats and accessories they had in stock. I saw a red river showdown shirt that I haven't seen in any other stores but I told myself I already have plenty of shirts so I passed. Well went home and that night I couldn't stop thinking about it so I bought it online. They had it ready for me the next day shortly after they opened and so I was able to pop in and pick it up with ease. I'm really glad they have that ability and that the stock shown online is true to how much inventory they have in store. The ceiling lamp, which defies a name, which is made from a wooden spool, was absolutely wonderful. I wanted it. They also had some nice artwork and a mishmash of Estes, including clothing. In fact, they have gorgeous blazers.
