They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt Your items aren't safe here and they won't tell you if they damage them.

The prices are comparable to other places that carry similar products. I am giving this place 2 stars because of some of the sales staff. I truly hate feeling like I am being stalked by sales staff, but that is exactly what it feels like, especially on my last visit. I was looking at the Hokas and a young lady comes up and asks me if I am looking at Hokas (I wanted to say something snarky but refrained).. then she says my name is (I forgot her name) and to let her know if I needed help. I continued looking. The entire time I looked she was within 15 feet of me "straightening" and asked me every 5 minutes if I was still doing ok. It reminded me of furniture shopping at Mathis Brothers for those of you out there who have experienced that. I can appreciate someone wanting to do his/her job well, but this was way over the top. This location did not have what I was looking for so the next day, I went to the Norman location. I walked in, was greeted and the young lady said her name was (forgot her name too) and to let her know if I needed help and left me alone to shop. I even thanked her as I was checking out for not being like the location on Memorial.

Reluctant to give this a four star review due to one female employee in the store, who was rude to…read moreboth other employees and to customers. She was walking around the store with her earbuds in not listening for request and questions from customers. The other employee in the store overheard my question and came from across the store to assist and then calmly and politely told the female employee that while she could wear earbuds while on the sales floor she could only have one in that way she hear requests and could assist customers when they asked for help. This female employee then started yelling and ranting and trying to pull me into the situation. Then she went off toward the bathrooms and was yelling so loud that we could still hear her out on the sales floor. The male employee continued to assist me, helping me find the exact shoe and size I needed. And then, at the checkout made sure to offer me discounts for becoming a Sketchers Plus member. He was polite and kind and very helpful in a situation where I would have walked out of the store, if my only interaction had been with the female sales clerk on the floor. If nothing else this employee needs some customer service training. I really love the new shoes I purchased! I got a pair of Navy Reggae Slim - Meadow Grazer sandals, and they are extremely comfortable and provide arch and heal support while walking. I also got the Skechers Slip-ins: Go Walk Air Cooler Goga Mat in Charcoal and Purple. These feel like I'm walking on air! Lots of support and cradles my foot gently while giving the cushioning I need for a recent case of planters fasciitis.

Grabbed the Jordan 6 infrared salesman the weekend they dropped. Once I received the shoes, inspected them and noticed that there were some scuff marks on one of the shoes and what looked like some dirt on the heel of the shoe. This tells me the shoe was either used or taken out of the box and dropped or somehow scratched against something. I emailed Grinmore customer service telling them about the situation and if there's anything that can be done. Was honestly looking for an exchange since they still had my size available for a while. The only response I received was that the damage was a manufacturing issues and that the shoes were never taken out of the box. Have sent multiple emails with continuous asking if they can do something about the issue. Can't exchange them now that the size is sold out. It's just frustrating when you order a brand new pair of shoes that have just dropped and receiving a pair that has some damage. I get that I will wear the shoes at the end, but that's like someone taking a bite out of your burger or pizza you just ordered, you're still going to eat it right? So I guess I'm just trying to give my recent experience with the retail shop. Hopefully management will see this review and make changes to the way their representatives answer emails. Hoping NIKE will do something for me in this situation because I know I'm just another customer, so GRINMORE won't care if it loses me as a customer. Just be careful buying from smaller retail stores unless you go to the store front. That's why JD Sports, Footlocker, and similar retailers should be the first in line to make purchases since they have the return options through the app or website.

I cooperated up to a point. I gave her my name, email address, phone number, and so on. But a certain point, I said enough. She told me to go look on my own. She came up to me as I was looking and asked if she could help me. I said I'd like to see another sales rep. She said no. I said I would shop on my own. She then told me I could leave the store. When I said no, she said she would call the police. Customer service at its finest!
