The service was pretty bad they barely had any sizes and just said that they don't have that size without doing anything to look.

Very rude owner, manager, whatever he is. The floor staff lacks basic shoe knowledge, and are not very helpful.

This location carries both soft and safety toe footwear and a large selection of socks and insoles. They even have a computer that will measure your foot and recommend foot wear and accessories, like insoles, that will best support your specific needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for you.

I recently stopped in to get the sole replaced on my favorite pair of moc toes with a Vibram sole, instead of the sole that normally comes with the heritage collection. It was no problem for these guys. They didn't try to convince we get a different sole or anything. They simply told me it would be $100.00 and it would take about 3-4 weeks. Exactly as they said is exactly as I got. After waiting that amount of time, I got my favorite boots back looking better than ever. Not only did I get a new sole, but they provided me with new laces as well. It's not like laces are expensive or anything, but it's certainly a thoughtful gesture. I walked back to my car and noticed my original insoles were missing (inside the boot) I walked back in to see if they were somewhere in the store. Instead of making me wait, they simply gave me a brand new pair free of charge. These insoles usually cost around $35.00. Another extremely generous gesture. I highly recommend visiting this small shop. They have a great selection, great workers, and provide great customer service. I will always go back to this location.

I ended up finding a couple of pairs of shoes, and I wanted to also purchase some footies but the style I wanted were on a row too high for me to reach. I approached the employee who was standing behind the counter at the register near me, and who had previously offered to help me. I asked her if she could help me get the socks from the top row down and she mumbled, "sure I'll have to jump but I can try." I told her there was no reason to jump that I could have done that but I pointed to a ladder on wheels a few feet away and said I thought you could use that. There was a young man stocking but he wasn't using it at that moment. She got up on the ladder and I had to repeat myself a couple of times as I told her the ones that I wanted to see. She got the socks, pushed the ladder back to the other employee and mumbled something under her breath as she went back to the register. While I was trying to decide if I wanted the socks she asked me if I wanted already and did I just want the shoes. I tossed the socks on the counter away from my shoes, and said "I guess so. I wanted to see some other socks but I guess that's not an option" my sarcasm was lost on her. She said, "so just the shoes?" And she started to ring me up, but I was so put off by her attitude that I said, "never mind. I'll buy these on line instead." She stood there acting surprised and not understanding what had just happened. She was rude and I'm not going to spend my money in a store where someone is making smart Alec comments to me and mumbling under their breath as they walk past me. I was one of maybe three people in the store and it was about 30 minutes after they had opened so it wasn't a situation where she had been working all day and was tired. I've been there before and that same employee was behind the register making wise cracks. I can ignore that sometimes but not today. Someone else can have my business and my money. I love Skechers and will continue to buy them but not from this shop.
